The villa provides a plethora of top-class amenities to ensure you indulge in the finest during your time on this lush tropical island.

Les Lataniers is a newly built villa that embraces a modern island and colonial St. Barth style. Making your way into the villa you will instantly notice the tasteful art and furniture that has been carefully chosen. The living, dining and kitchen area all combine into one large great room. This is the perfect space for entertaining guests or spending time together. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use during your stay.

The open plan layout of the villa creates a seamless transition from the interiors onto the exteriors with ease. Walking out onto the terrace, let your eyes enjoy the glittering views of the turquoise Sea. Sip on a freshly brewed cup of coffee and watch the sun stretch over the vibrant island. The terrace includes a lava-stone, heated infinity edge pool. Slip into the silky waters for a refreshing swim or simply rest on the sun loungers. The choice is yours to make.

You could also enjoy a dip in the bubbly Jacuzzi or unwind in the shaded cabana as the breeze and sounds of the sea lull you into relaxation. On the lower level of the villa, there is a spa and massage room and a fitness room with ocean views.

We can arrange car rental, VIP airport assistance, airport transfers, pre-stock the villa with groceries prior to your arrival, make restaurant reservations, spa treatments, organize excursions and much more. THE BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
The villa has a total of 6 main bedrooms, accommodating 12 guests comfortably. Each of the bedrooms has a distinctive theme. The Architect’s room is based on the ground level (on the main floor) and is separate from the rest of the house. It is situated right next to the pool cabana. The master bedroom is based in the main house.

Making your way onto the lower level, you will find Tiffani’s and Hemingway’s bedrooms. On this level there is a staff room that is suitable for a nanny (on request only – extra cost to rent this room). On the same level there are two bedrooms, Safari and Voyager’s, with separate outside access.

LOCATION DETAILS
Les Lataniers is located along the coast on the Caribbean island of St Barths. Perched in the lush elevated hillside at the very end of Anse des Cayes and near Flamand’s beach, the property has panoramic views over the sea.

Saint Barthelemy is a French-speaking Caribbean island that is known for its lavish sugar-fine beaches, high-end restaurants, and designer shops. The island is commonly known as St Barts/St Barths and enjoys the dramatic landscape with soaring mountains and powdery white beaches laced along the coast.

Flamand’s beach s a short drive from the villa and offers powdery white sands and turquoise waters. During the winter months the waves get a little rockier. The popular beach of St Jean is under a short ten-minute drive from the villa and has calm waters perfect for swimming, snorkeling and other water sport activities.
