Very private yet spacious under its high beige vaulted ceiling, the living room is finished with modern U-shape sofas facing the opening onto the terrace. There is also a separate air-conditioned tv room next to the living room for quiet movie nights with your guests. The well-equipped kitchen opens onto the two sides and is perfect for creating delicious meals for you and your guests. If you wish, a private chef can come to your home and whip up a delicious storm of flavors for all to enjoy.

Under the covered part of the terrace, the dining area is completed with a design table for eight guests, where you will enjoy delicious meals with ocean views. The villa has two swimming pools, one on the front terrace enjoying the ocean view and the second at the back of the house sheltered by the garden. So, if you wish for more privacy, you can relax on the secluded grounds of the property.

Lagon Vert is located along the east coast of St Barths, in Petite cul-de-sac. This Caribbean villa overlooks the ocean and is embedded in an area of lush tropical vegetation. Petite Cul De Sac is a short 5-minute drive from the villa. The beach here has fine sugar sand, perfect for spending a day on the beach with a freshly packed picnic. This beach borders a shallow, well-protected bay, and the water is warm and relatively calm. Several restaurants and luxury hotels are dotted along the beach's fringe. It also offers a windsurfing rental station.
