Welcome to La Japonaise, an exquisite five-bedroomed vacation property in St Barths's desirable Saint-Jean district. As its name implies, this sprawling Villa's stylish and refined interiors and exteriors reflect the best of Japanese details. The Villa’s sleek design combines light and space, creating a sophisticated, uncluttered, and Zen vacation experience.

La Japonaise has five bedrooms divided over two levels, with an additional open mezzanine bedroom above the main living space. Twelve guests can comfortably vacation in this haven of tranquility overlooking the hills of St Jean.

The Villa has a beautiful private pool with surrounding terrace spaces. A large outdoor dining area will seat up to 12 guests. The mature tropical gardens create a soft boundary between surrounding properties, ensuring a comfortable level of privacy. The terraces offer sunny and shaded spaces for dining, relaxation, and play. There is a gas barbecue where stunning views accompany al fresco cooking, lounging, and dining. It’s all part of the magic of La Japonaise.

The Villa's main living area has a spacious lounge with an HDTV and sound system. The kitchen adjoins this living room, and large retractable doors open to the terrace. A spiral staircase in the living area leads to a sixth open bedroom, ideal for younger guests.

Two of the remaining five bedrooms are in this part of the Villa. These bedrooms are spacious with private ensuite bathrooms, one bathroom has a fabulous outdoor shower. The bedrooms and living spaces are decorated in muted blonde wood tones and sleek polished timber floors, creating a relaxing ambiance.

Down a few steps, guests will find the remaining bedrooms. The third bedroom is within a self-contained studio. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, private terrace, kitchen, and living room. Also on this lower level are the two final bedrooms. These attractive rooms have individual ensuite bathrooms but share a beautiful living room space and a private terrace.

Each bedroom is air-conditioned but has large retractable glass doors that unite the gorgeous exterior and graceful interior spaces.

Throughout the property, guests enjoy stylish finishes and architectural flourishes. Exquisite lighting adds cozy elegance to the evenings as guests unwind around the large pool terraces. Bedroom 4: at the lower level – A spacious queen bedroom with a dressing room, air-conditioned with an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom shares a living room and covered terrace with Bedroom 5.
Bedroom 5: at the lower level – A spacious queen bedroom, air-conditioned with a dressing room and ensuite bathroom. This bedroom shares a living room and covered terrace with Bedroom 4.
Bedroom 6: On an open-sided mezzanine level above the main Living Room. This bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a relaxation area and is air-conditioned. It is accessed via a spiral staircase and ideally suits two younger guests.
