Welcome to Green Heart, a 3-bedroom oceanfront villa along Anse de Cayes in St Barths. This villa boasts panoramic ocean views as it is perched right along the water’s edge. The newly built villa Green Heart is part of a two standalone villa complex that is perched overlooking the bay of Anse de Cayes. The two vacation homes, Green Heart and Prana , can be rented together to house a larger group of 12 guests. As a single villa, Green Heart offers a spacious and modern atmosphere to indulge in.

Making your way up to the villa, you will notice the lush greenery surrounding the villa. The entrance has ample parking space. Inside, you will be greeted by the azure ocean views beyond the living space and terrace. The main living area opens seamlessly onto the sun terrace inviting the views and gentle breeze to float gently through. The room is furnished with plush sofas and an open plan, fully equipped kitchen. The room enjoys soft, neutral tones and high vaulted ceilings that opens the space. There is an indoor dining area that seats eight. The main living space includes a ceiling fan, and an entertainment setup with HDTV, Canal Satellite, Dish Network, and a Sonos sound system.

In addition to the living and 3 bedrooms, villa Green Heart has a private fitness area with a treadmill, stationary bike, free weights, and a yoga mat.

The terrace is where you will find yourself spending most of your time. As you enjoy the sea views you can lounge on the sun loungers or day bed. Read your favorite book as the sun shines in a cloudless sky or simply relax and listen to the waves roll back and forth. The villa features a luxurious, heated swimming pool. This is great especially during the cooler winter months. Dine under the stars if you wish and spark up the BBQ for some sizzling treats or sip on a fruity cocktail. Greenheart villa is located along the coast on the Caribbean island of St Barths. Perched along the oceanfront of Anse des Cayes and near Flamand’s beach, the property has panoramic views over the sea. The villa is a two-minute walk to Hotel Manipani and the services that you can find there, and a five-minute walk to the local grocery store.

Saint Barthelemy is a French-speaking Caribbean island that is known for its lavish sugar-fine beaches, high-end restaurants, and designer shops. The island is commonly known as St Barts/St Barths and enjoys the dramatic landscape with soaring mountains and powdery white beaches laced along the coast.

Flamand’s beach is a short drive from the villa and offers powdery white sands and turquoise waters. During the winter months the waves get a little rockier. The popular beach of St Jean is under a short ten-minute drive from the villa and has calm waters perfect for swimming, snorkeling and other water sport activities.
