Villa Golden Palm is a luxury, newly built, 5-bedroom villa, suitable for up to 10 guests. The villa sits on one of St Jean’s hills, just above Nikki Beach.

The villa enjoys blissful peace and tranquillity with superb panoramic views, while also being in an ideal location, close to many well-known and sought-after locations and facilities. The simple and contemporary décor and furnishings, as well as the open plan design of Villa Golden Palms, further enhance the beauty that surrounds this property.

The living room, dining space and kitchen are grand, open areas with streaming sunlight and beautiful views. Each space flows perfectly into the next, although the living room can be separated by sliding glass doors and can be air-conditioned. There are both indoor and outdoor dining tables, each with seating for up to 10 people. The kitchen is a stunningly inviting space with warm toned woods, bronze accents and clean-cut lines. It is fully equipped with all that you would require for cooking up marvellous meals as well as having an L-shaped breakfast bar to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Moving to the bedrooms, the décor and interiors of warm toned woods and bronze accents continue and join simple botanical-print fabrics to incorporate a gentle touch of tropical elegance.
The master bedroom is situated just off the living area. It has an en-suite with a bathtub and indoor and outdoor showers. Two more bedrooms lie at the opposite side of the living room and can be inter-connected depending on your group’s preference. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the lower level, along with the villa’s fitness room.
The bedrooms are located at either end of the villa, giving guests more privacy. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned with sea views, king sized beds, TVs, a safe and en-suites. One bedroom has a private sea view terrace.

Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding windows in the living spaces and bedrooms, frame the famous view of St Jean Bay and provide access to the many outdoor living spaces. The expansive pool deck and covered terrace are fully furnished with comfortable seating options. The infinity pool itself is the perfect place to admire the unspoiled views that lie ahead.

Villa Golden Palm is not far from the island's top destinations including the capital, Gustavia, and St Jean which is only moments from your doorstep. St-Jean is one of the most sought-after locations on the island, offering many fine-dining opportunities, boutiques, and white sandy beaches. St-Jean beach is listed as one of the best Caribbean beaches.

On Sundays make your way to Nikki Beach for a great beach party atmosphere. Have a drink at the bar, dance with your friends or slip into the turquoise waters of Nikki Beach or St Jean beach close by – the choice is yours!

The beaches here in St Barts are stunning. An all-time favourite is Colombier Beach, as it is off the beaten track. This beach requires a 20-minute walk along the coast, but it makes this secluded and quiet beach so worthwhile. The water is crystal clear, and the white sand is sugar fine. You can even hire a private charter to sail along the island and stop at this captivating beach, sail onto the shore (or swim!) and enjoy this wonderfully preserved paradise. We recommend bringing an umbrella for shade if you intend on spending a long day Colombier. For something, a little more active, then head to Petite Cul-de-Sac on the east coast of St Barts. This white sand beach offers great water sport activities such as windsurfing!

The island hosts an array of fun activities and excursions for you to enjoy during your stay. One of the best places to visit is Gustavia, the capital of the island. This yacht-filled marina is lined in restaurants, designer shops and smaller boutiques filled with Caribbean treasures.
