Welcome to Enclave 49, an exuberant 5-bedroom oceanfront beach club residence, located in Tamarindo and overlooking the wonderful Playa Langosta, in Costa Rica.

Beautifully appointed and elevated to take in the gorgeous views of the Costa Rican coastline, the Enclave is a private gated community of villas that have exclusive access to a secluded section of the Playa Langosta, or the Playa Tamarindo – Enclave 49 enjoys access to both these beautiful beaches; for the duration of their stay, guests can access the private Langosta beach club.

From almost every room in the villa, a wonderful view may be seen of the ocean, as well as the rich green of the surrounding forests and nature reserves. The lounge, wide and spacious, is dressed fashionably, with an array of seating to sink into, in front of the widescreen TV – the invitation to take some time to chill out and watch a movie is always open. Head out to the balcony with a drink and view the bay in comfort; an outdoor lounge with oversized couches and plenty of seating for everyone is arranged, extending the indoor lounge outwards and doubling the social space of the villa. A barbeque and outdoor kitchen have also been installed on the balcony, perfect for a casual cookout in the fresh breeze. Should the heat become too much, take the plunge into the private pool that awaits, the cool water the perfect remedy. A gourmet kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances is ready to make all your culinary wishes come true, and in the hands of a personal chef, mouth-watering cuisine is available from the comfort of the villa itself. Invariably, the hardest part about dinner is waiting for it!

The villa contains five bedrooms, each of which are outfitted with luxurious linens and superb beds, are all designed with rest and relaxation at the forefront; blackout blinds, air conditioning and ceiling fans are all available to ensure falling asleep at the close of day is an effortless task. Three of the rooms come with comprehensive en-suite bathrooms, with the remaining two sharing an equally generously sized bathroom. Four bedrooms have access to their own private balcony, the ideal viewing spot for Costa Rica’s dazzling sunsets.

In addition to this, Enclave 49 enjoys access to both these beautiful beaches; for the duration of their stay, guests can access the private Langosta beach club. Marino Las Baulas National Park, originally set up to protect the habitat of endangered sea turtles, is one of the largest national parks, but is also one of the most biodiverse sanctuaries of flora and fauna in the country and is a popular choice for spotting exotic birds and animals. The beaches that are a part of this park are closed at night, but with the help of a tour guide and the right time of year, it’s possible to see these wonderful creatures up close, as they make their yearly migration to the shore to lay eggs.
