Casa Roca is a unique, custom designed estate home, designed and built by one of the most renowned, acclaimed architects in Costa Rica. The architecture and attention to detail of the Casa Roca will amaze even the most discerning of guest. From the marble floors, to the architectural ceiling tiles, antique gates, ceiling and patio woodwork and ceiling murals; no detail has been left out. The steps to the Cabana are made from ballast stones recovered from a 16th century Spanish Galleon that sunk off the coast of Costa Rica. The walls of the house are made of solid concrete and volcanic rocks and architectural stones from local rock quarries; hence the name Casa Roca (house of Rocks). Unless you want to, you will never see a neighbor.

Tamarindo and Playa Langosta are world renowned for large waves and surfing as well as beautiful, pristine beaches. The Village of Tamarindo offers abundant safe and secure shopping and generous selection of first class restaurants offering everything from USDA steak, local sea food, local Costa Rica cuisine and most any other food that you may desire.

Casa Roca offers unmatched privacy, security and luxury, and includes: a secluded, private courtyard with an infinity pool, an outdoor cabana and a private, outdoor dining area and entertainment center. Casa Roca has a private, gated access/entrance to the house and to Play Langosta with a large, expansive private green area for games, star watching or family entertaining on the beach. Casa Roca has five bedrooms suites consisting of:
1) A private Casita with a king size bed and private bath, located inside the gated and guarded courtyard entrance.

2) An executive apartment with king size bed, private bath, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen counter with sink, located on the second floor, in the main entrance courtyard.

3) There are two guest bedrooms suites each located in the pool courtyard and overlooking the infinity pool and each open to the pool area.
Each guest bedroom has a king size bed and private shower and dressing area.

4) The master bedroom suite is located downstairs of the pool courtyard and has a private patio/balcony with unobstructed views of the pristine, secluded beach and green area. The master bedroom has an office area and a fold out bed in addition to a king bed and private bath.

Casa Roca includes a large family room with internet and cable TV, located adjacent to the chef’s kitchen.
The kitchen is a chef’s delight and includes abundant storage, a large preparation area and it is fully equipped with a gas BBQ Grill and all modern appliances necessary to allow for total ease in cooking.

There is a large patio area located outside the kitchen/family room. The patio is located in the pool courtyard and includes outdoor furniture, an entertainment center, bar, ice maker and outdoor dining tables.

There is an elevated outdoor Cabana/Rancho located at the end of the infinity pool. The Cabana is equipped with a refrigerator, large serving table, and outdoor furniture, sink, bar, TV and ice maker. The Cabana overlooks the beach and green area.

All bedrooms as well as the family room and kitchen are fully air-conditioned and have ceiling fans, dehumidifiers, TV’s with cable vision and internet service. Casa Roca has cable TV, internet, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and a private bath. It has a guarded security entrance to the entry courtyard and secure garage parking for 3 automobiles.

Casa Roca maintains a lush, Tropical environment with tropical plants and trees throughout the extensive landscaping.A large wooden deck with a designer fire pit is located in the green area between the house and the beach for evening bond fires or star watching. With over 7,500 square feet of livable area under the roof and an expansive front and rear courtyard, Casa Roca offers privacy as well as an intimate atmosphere for you and your guest.

Daily maid service, laundry service, telephones, and security guards are provided.

Upon request, a Private Gourmet Chef and serving staff may be provided. You won't find a better meal in any restaurant, anywhere. The house staff will also cook meals (for a small extra charge) and grocery shop for you if you request. Both are excellent cooks. Costa Rica excursions and vacation adventures including Golf, Canopy Adventures, White Water Rafting, Jungle Monkey Tours, Volcanos, Surfing and other Costa Rica attractions may be arranged upon request.
