Welcome to Corales 13, La Serena a stunning 8 bedroom villa located on the beach in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

Corales 13 is a stone arched villa with rustic impressions. One of the best sensations our body can experience is to get wrapped and touched softly by a gentle sea breeze coming from the Caribbean Sea, an endless fountain of turquoise water, which enriches our soul.

This type of unique feeling comes true in one of the most imponent and solid villas inside the lush gated village Punta Cana Resort.

Beachfront and touching the sea, and with its own dock for entertainment purposes only, this simple and rustic in design property holds everything you need to expect a perfect holiday.

Resembling the historical colonial legacy, the owner of this two-story property sought the best furniture and decoration to amalgamate luxury with a delicate local touch, something you perceive by marveling at the high stone arcs ended with subtle terracotta roof tiles.

Indoors you can rest with your beloved ones in the large and generous living room or prepare local dished on the fully equipped kitchen.

On the second floor you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and another with 2 twin beds, both share the same bathroom and on the right wing, there is another bedroom with a queen bed and a fourth with 2 twin beds. They also share the bathroom.

Going downstairs, you will find the vedette of the house, a master bedroom with a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom, then two other bedrooms with a queen bed each, and the eighth bedroom with two queen beds. All have ensuite bathroom walk-in closets and TV.

Finally, when it comes to relaxing and cool off, you find an imposing pool next to the beach. The best combo you could ever expect!

• Premium Drinks upon request: Wine (up to US$ 18/bottle), local beer, Jimador Tequila, Bombay Saphire, Tanqueray, Black Label, Jack Daniels, Malibu Rum, Barcelo Imperial 12 yr, Bailey’s, Grey Goose, Tito’s Vodka. Guests must specify which of these they are likely to consume to have them always available at the villa. Does not includes Champagne.
Meal plans are not available during the Holiday season (Dec 18th – to Jan 5th).

CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
• Meal plans must be pre-paid and reserved at least two days before arrival or check-in.
• The property/villa must be fully staffed to contract the meal packages (Chef + Butler)
• The package must be purchased for all the villa occupants for the total duration of the reservation.
• Prior to arrival you have to choose your Day 1 and Day 2 meals. Going forward once you are onsite you just have to make your selection of meals with 48-hour anticipation and for a minimum of 2 days forward.
• A minimum of 6 guests is required to request the meal plan package.
• Specific dishes outside the ones listed in our attached menu may incur additional costs.
• Some Desserts are delivered by an external pastry chef and 48-hour advance notice is required. You can order a maximum of 2 different desserts per meal.
• Bar service is included until 1:00 AM.
• *Premium bar (all-Inclusive): guests must select the type of beverage that shall be available for consumption for the house.
• *Champagne is not included in the meal plan with an alcoholic beverage
