Bruno III

Welcome to Bruno III, a stylish 5-bedroom beach house located in the Maganies area of the east coast of Antiparos island.

This residence belongs to a complex of 5 independent villas; however, each offers their own privacy.

Bruno III offers breath-taking sea and island views and direct access to a small beach. It will be a delightful choice for a tranquil getaway with family and friends. The setting is private yet ensures guests are close to local amenities so offers the best of both worlds for your vacation. The centre of Antiparos is a short 6-kilometre drive from the villa and here you will find a plethora of local tavernas, cafés, restaurants, boutiques and shops.

From the moment you enter the residence of Bruno III you will be impressed by the charming Greek design of this beach house. The interiors are bright and airy and dressed in pastel tones with a contemporary-chic style throughout. Decoration is kept to a minimum to allow the incredible views be the highlight of the villa.

The house is spread across three levels and continuity is expressed in the carefully chosen tiled floors, distinctive white-washed walls and nature-inspired fittings.

An open-plan social area comprises the fully equipped kitchen dining area and living area and boasts a warm and welcoming feel. Muted tones of sky blue, white and natural wood make for a tranquil setting. These social areas are located on the ground floor which also houses a guest W.C.

The top level features two comfortable bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom.

Three bedrooms are found on the lower level and all include their own private en-suite bathroom.There are two double bedrooms, one of which has direct access to a terrace; and one twin bedroom, ideal for teenagers or children.

The outdoor space of Bruno III is the perfect spot for soaking up the warm Greek sunshine; surrounded by a discreet and well-manicured garden, the private pool terrace looks out to the Aegean Sea and Paros island in the distance. The pool terrace is ideally laid out with a beautiful infinity pool at the edge and comfortable sun loungers and sun umbrellas facing out to the magnificent sea views. An outdoor dining area also features which is ideally shaded to ensure you and your guests are protected form the mid-afternoon sun while enjoying some quintessential alfresco dining. Why not let the cooking enthusiasts of the group show their skills on the barbeque, taking inspiration form the local fresh ingredients? Coupled with some locally produced wine, a cool evening breeze and great company, it is the perfect mix for a memorable and relaxing vacation.

A cove is situated just a few hundred metres below the villa and we cannot recommend highly enough a refreshing morning dip to wake you from your slumber!

For those that want to keep fit during their stay, a shared tennis court and basketball court is located close to the villa.
