Zattere Design Terrazza at a Glance - A stunning second floor design apartment with exceptional panoramic views over the whole of the Giudecca Canal from Zattere towards the Redentore Church and beyond.
This apartment has been refurbished to a top contemporary standard with excellent systems, fabulous bathrooms, sauna, integral air conditioning, marmorino walls and ceilings, solid parquet floors throughout and fitted cupboards, as well as an array of design furniture by Vitra. It is the the perfect property in one of Venice's most highly regarded locations. The famous Linea d'Ombra Restaurant is your local cafe!
The apartment consists of a beautiful wide entrance hall opening out into the main living areas and the other way to the bedrooms sauna and terrace. You really feel you can breathe in the apartment.
The main large reception living/dining room is both extremely comfortable and cleverly arranged around the view through three large windows with seating overlooking the widest part of the Giudecca canal.
A large and very comfortable studio/ library, adjoins the living room, and also with wonderful canal views. From this south-facing vantage point the vista is absolutely amazing, across the gleaming canal waters towards the Redentore Church and the Basilica of San Giorgio Maggiore.
The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances, sleek custom-made units and a large table seating up to six people.
The master bedroom is located off the main corridor and features a sumptuous king bed (180cm) with top-quality sheets, elegant silk bed coverings and large fitted wardrobes lined in silk fabric. Facing the bed are twin chairs from where guests can admire the whimsical artwork gracing the walls. Opposite this bedroom is a stunning large bathroom with his and hers sinks, large walk-in shower and dressing room.
The guest bedroom is to the rear of the apartment. From here you can access the light and sunny terrace, which has stunning views of the Salute Church - a delightful place for long lazy lunches en plein air. The bedroom's cream coloured walls, made-to-measure mohogany cupboards and library create a cosy, extremely relaxed ambience. The queen bed, measuring 160cm, is comfortably made-up with superior linens and cushions. To the left is the en-suite bathroom and sauna.
Off the main corridor is a third guest powder room, and which also has good laundry facilities. The apartment's three bathrooms are all superbly finished in white marble, with luxurious fittings and accessories.

The apartment is beautiful!
We had lovely time, despite the heat! The apartment is beautiful! We are art lovers so on top of being in Venice, being in the apartment was an absolute joy. The owners have amazing taste! The ground staff, transfers etc; all went incredibly smoothly. We booked some extra transfers whilst there and they were easy to work with and very efficient. The day before our departure, because of their high touch professionalism of checking in with me to be sure all was well, I noticed that they had the incorrect time for Bill and my transfer back to the airport. They were quick to rectify it, were very helpful and all was well. We are always happy to work with Exceptional Villas and will be sure to reach out again in the future.
