Welcome to Doge, a charming Italian villa based in the historic Castello Orientale area of Venice, a four-story palazzo, canal-side with a private deck on the lagoon. This is an ideal location as guests can explore the busy and charming area of Piazza San Marco, just a short walk away. This undisturbed area shows the authentic Italian side of Venice. This residence dates back to the beginning of the 15th century. It has recently been completely refurbished and now has a wonderful contemporary Italian style. The villa features all the modern amenities you will need during your stay, including a private elevator while maintaining the authentic Italian vibe. This property offers guests stunning views of the canal as well as providing a base to explore the beautiful historic treasures that Venice offers. There are three Vaporetto (public water buses) stops nearby, a very convenient way to move around Venice and its islands. Let Doge be your retreat and indulge in the easy-going Italian lifestyle.

Enter the villa through the main entrance on the ground floor. This floor features a wonderful waterfront deck. Relax and soak in the Italian sun and let your worries melt away. Enjoy the comfortable chairs and indulge in the laid-back Italian lifestyle. The ground floor also features a well-equipped kitchen that includes all the appliances and accessories necessary to cook up an Italian feast full of pasta, pizzas and so much more. the kitchen features stainless steel features and commercial grade appliances perfect for the chef in the family.

Take the stairs up to the first floor and take a seat in the comfortable and spacious reading room. Sit back, relax and enjoy one of the many books that cover the wall of this room. This room has to be a personal favourite in the villa. it is bright and airy as it has two windows that face the water. They allow the fresh Italian air to flow throughout the space. This is a wonderful place to enjoy some quiet time and forget about life at home and immerse yourself in Italian life.

The first floor is also home to a large sitting room, which also includes a dining area and a comfortable and spacious seating area for up to 20 guests. This space also opens out onto the shaded terrace for al fresco soirees. This terrace provides beautiful views of Venice and the canals below. There is also a small second kitchen on the first floor that serves the indoor and outdoor dining.

The first floor also includes a King-sized bedroom with water views and access to a private covered terrace, en-suite bathroom with shower. this room is spacious, open and airy. It is styled beautifully and has modern clean lines throughout, while still maintaining the rustic Italian look. There is also a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower on the first floor. This could be a great room for kids or teens to stay in.

There is also a loft room in this villa. this is the perfect place for those looking for a bit more privacy and seclusion. This space would also be ideal for kids or teens in the family.

There is a third small kitchen with counter eating space on the upper floor, for those looking to eat and relax in peace and have a bit more privacy. Eleven steps from the upper floor lead to a 150 sq. ft roof terrace. Enjoy stunning views of Venice, with a drink in your hand and surrounded by your family and friends. 11 steps from the upper floor lead to a 150 sq ft roof terrace, perfect for enjoying the amazing views of Venice while relaxing with dinner or drinks. Waterfront deck, large terrace for al fresco dining, small garden.
