The exteriors overlook the legendary Venetian Lagoon while inside this exquisite two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment, the main living areas overlook a quaint square. The origins of this captivating property date back to the 12th century. The Barozzi family built the Ca’Barozzi into a crenelated building with a porch, an open gallery and two large square towers. The medieval structure was remodeled in the 17th century into a Renaissance palazzo by architect Bartolomeo Manopola. In the early 19th century the Treves family took over the property and redesigned the interiors to their own tastes. They hired Giuseppe Borsato, an Italian painter and decorated the interiors with paintings and fine arts. Since then the Palazzo Ca’nova as a whole, including your Hayez apartment, has been remodeled and designed to reflect the modern and classic style of Venice.

Make your way out onto the private palazzo terrace each morning and watch the sun stretch over the city. As the sounds of the waters lull you into relaxation you can plan your exciting day exploring the canals and hidden treasure of Venice. Back at the apartment, your freshly made croissants are waiting for you to enjoy. Enjoy these sweet pastries and brew a fresh cup of coffee while letting the breeze float through your apartment. The Hayez apartment is located on the second floor of the Palazzo Ca’nova (3rd American floor). The interiors are bight and open, looking out onto a quiet square. You can use the stairs or the new elevator to access the apartment. The main living area enjoys an open plan layout and encompassed the living and dining area. The large square dining table seats four guests comfortably, and above it hangs an elegant chandelier. The room is laced in fine art, painting and luxury furnishings that bring the room to life. The white walls and tiled floors keep the room refreshed and light. The living area features a plush orange sofa and beige armchairs. The master suite is located to the left of the living area. The kitchen is based at the back of the room and is fully equipped, ready for you to use during your stay.

Hayez offers two luxurious bedrooms. The master suite is located off the main living area and offers a large king-sized, custom built bed. The canopy was inspired by the frescos of Venetian homes from the 19th century. The room is laced in orange and green accents and overlooks the square. The room offers additional seating, closet space, and a private en-suite bathroom. The en-suite includes a deep soaking bathtub and single vanity. The second bedroom is a comfortable twin room but can be made a king on request. The room is designed with pristine white furniture and bedding, splashed with bold orange hues. The room includes a private en-suite with a shower and single vanity.

THE BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

Hayez has a total of two bedrooms, sleeping four guests in total. Each of the bedrooms enjoys access to a private en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms include bath soaps, shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion as well as fitted with hairdryers. The bedrooms are supplied with crisp Italian linens and fresh towels. The beds indulge in Mattress' by Simmons with two pillows per person - one feather and one non-allergenic.

The airport of Venice Marco Polo is approximately a short thirty-minute journey by water taxi to the apartment.
