Canella is a luxury 3-bedroom apartment located at the base of the Grand Canal in Venice, Italy. Canella is part of the sought-after Palazzo Ca’nova - Venezia. It accommodates up to seven guests and is ideally based near Venice’s top attractions and key amenities. The exteriors overlook the legendary Venetian Lagoon; inside this exquisite apartment, it overlooks a quaint square. With its private rooftop terrace, Canella will provide you and your loved ones with a serene experience of living like a Venetian in the heart of Venice.

The origins of this captivating property date back to the 12th century. The Barozzi family built the Ca’Barozzi into a crenelated building with a porch, an open gallery, and two large square towers. The medieval structure was remodeled in the 17th century into a Renaissance palazzo by architect Bartolomeo Manopola. In the early 19th century, the Treves family took over the property and redesigned the interiors to their tastes. They hired Italian painter Giuseppe Borsato and decorated the interiors with paintings and fine art. Since then, the Palazzo Ca’nova as a whole, including your Canella apartment, has been remodeled and designed to reflect Venice's modern and classic style.

The luxurious apartment Canella is located on the third floor (4th American floor) of the Palazzo Ca’nova and can be reached by a newly added elevator. The interiors of the apartment look like a quiet square. The interior embraces natural; modern designs flooded with light as it bounces along the white walls and furniture. The main living comprises the living and dining rooms in an open-plan design. The room includes a bold orange sofa and a beige sofa that enjoys the center. Along the walls hang fine art, paintings, bookshelves, and delicate wine glasses. One of the walls includes a large painting, with windows on either side overlooking the terrace. The dining area seats six guests comfortably. The kitchen is found through the open alcove and comes fully equipped for your stay. The space enjoys smooth white cabinetry and colorful orange counters.

You will discover the captivating rooftop terrace by going up along the staircase at the back of the main living area. This private and secluded exterior living space is yours to use and enjoy. Watch the morning sun stretch over the city with views of Punta della Dogana, San Giorgio Maggiore, and the Giudecca. Sip on a fresh cup of coffee and wake up to this vibrant city, or unwind here in the evenings as the sky melts from a warm pink to a midnight blue. Let the sound of the water lull you into holiday mode, and the gentle breeze skim across your skin. You can dine on the terrace as it includes a dining table seating four guests and outdoor seating to relax in. Canella has a total of 3 bedrooms. The master suite includes a king-sized bed, closet space, and views over the square. The room indulges in accents of gold, imperial blue, and red; on the back wall of the room, there are photographs of Canova's famous sculptures. The private en-suite bathroom offers a deep soaking bathtub and single vanity. The twin bedroom is on the same floor and offers two comfortable twin beds. These can be king beds on request. The bedrooms are laced in hues of pink and gold. The third bedroom has an inbuilt single bed and a small desk. The twin and the single bedroom share a bathroom, and there is another bathroom upstairs under the eaves, with two more twin beds.

Canella has a total of three bedrooms, sleeping seven guests in total. Each of the three bedrooms enjoys access to a private en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms include bath soaps, shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion as well as fitted with hairdryers. The bedrooms are supplied with crisp Italian linens and fresh towels. The beds indulge in Mattress' by Simmons with two pillows per person - one feather and one non-allergenic.
