Welcome to Villa Maura, a newly built luxury villa overlooking Tatinje Bay, Croatia. This stylish four-bedroomed air-conditioned vacation property is set over three levels. This elegant Villa has a private outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, and various terraces and balconies that take in the fabulous Aegean views around the coastline of Ciovo.

This self-contained property has a private entrance with space for up to five vehicles. Guests will love the privacy and serenity of this beautiful home. In addition to Villa Maura's wonderful amenities, guests are only 40 meters from a small beach where divine sea swimming is possible.

The airy, light-filled living room has beautiful designer furniture, lighting, and rugs. A large glass retractable door opens from this room onto the pool terrace with magnificent views beyond. The open-plan kitchen and indoor dining space are adjacent to the living room and overlook the terrace too. This layout is ideal for guests on chef duty; they are always near the action.

This large living room extension is also home to the jacuzzi. Surrounded on three sides by glass and enjoying the best of views, this is a wonderful place for guests to unwind and hang out each evening. Villa Maura has a well-equipped gym with cardio machines and weights to further enhance relaxation and well-being. In addition, there is a sauna and shower.

Of course, the infinity pool is the dramatic focal point on the main terrace. This L-shaped pool, with a lovely water feature, has lots of loungers and seating – in both sun and shade – where guests can relax and cool off with a swim.

Outdoor living is very much part of life in Villa Maura. The outdoor summer kitchen has a barbecue, sink, and food prep areas, ideal for alfresco cooking. There’s a large outdoor dining table for lunches and dinners. It’s heaven relaxing over a leisurely dinner as the sun sets on the horizon.

Villa Maura has a lovely garden with a kid’s playground and shaded pergola. There are terraces and balconies at other levels, providing quiet places for guests to relax with a good book. A large LCD TV is in the living room, with additional TVs in the bedrooms. The property enjoys WiFi and internet, included in the rental price.

Four attractive double-occupancy bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests. Two more guests can sleep in the living room on two single sofa beds. The bedrooms are named after some of the islands visible from the terrace and are furnished to a high standard. Three bedrooms have terraces, but all rooms enjoy sea views. Each bedroom has a sleek ensuite bathroom, providing all the luxurious support guests would expect from such a modern property.

LOCATION:
Villa Maura has a stunning location on the glorious island of Ciovo, 5km (about 3 miles) from the beautiful city of Trogir. The Aegean coastline of Croatia is admired for its beautiful beaches, crystal clear water, and exceptional natural beauty. The island of Ciovo is connected to the mainland by a bridge, so accessibility is very easy. The nearby airport is a short drive from the Villa. Many lovely small resort communities are dotted around Ciovo, but the ancient city of Trogir is highly recommended for a more bustling atmosphere.

Influenced by the Renaissance, Trogir offers lots of history, shopping, dining, and fun activities for guests of all ages. There are many fabulous beaches within a short drive, or hop on any of the many ferries that will take you to other islands.
