This large villa home has 420 sqm of living space. The ground floor has a spacious, attractive living room, modern kitchen, indoor dining, and powder room. The second level has two bedrooms ensuite. The third level has two bright ensuite bedrooms with a large terrace. There’s also a sauna and fitness room for the exclusive use of the guests.

The Villa’s interior décor combines soft neutral tones, natural stone, and dramatic features. The large, double-height living space and large glass doors feel stately and capitalize on the amazing views. By day, it’s the sun playing on the crystal-clear waters; at night, it’s the coastline lighting up to compete with the star-filled sky.

You will enjoy a vacation that can be both relaxing and adventurous. The infinity pool on the furnished terrace is an idyllic place to relax and unwind. Cook delightful meals in your fully-equipped kitchen or barbecue, add some locally produced wines from your private wine cellar, and you have the recipe for happiness. Buzara is a dish made with shellfish and tomato or white sauce. In all its iterations, fish is usually cooked fresh on a grill. You will find Gradele on menus everywhere. Villa Stara has three bicycles, kayaks, and a paddleboard, so there is plenty to entertain the active guest.

The beautiful Villa Stara is situated on one of the most beautiful Croatian islands in the Adriatic. Brac is a diverse island of almost 400sqkm. It has divine beaches like the acclaimed Zlatni Beach, outside Bol's resort town. All water activities like swimming, sailing, surfing, and snorkeling are a joy around Brac as the Adriatic Sea surrounding the islands of Croatia is turquoise perfection.

For landlubbers, you will find fabulous hikes and walks through typically Mediterranean tree-lined hills. The highest peak of the Adriatic, Vidova Gora, is located on Brac, and the views from the top are unequaled. It’s worth exploring, and if you like something a little extra thrilling, try some paragliding.

There are excellent ferry services from Brac to the mainland, where resort towns like Split and Makarska have fascinating old towns and vibrant riviera-style living.

Many restaurants and bars nearby will offer you ample choice of local delicacies and classic European foods. There’s a strong Italian influence that marries well with the flavors of Eastern Europe.
