Loma is beautifully designed to maximize its dramatic sea views. The open-plan living area, indoor dining, and modern kitchen are centralized in a double-height space and connect via large, retractable glass doors with the furnished terrace.

The Villa’s upper floor is accessed via a very architectural-style staircase that is a beautiful feature. The décor of the main communal areas is a masterclass in neutral shades and organic textures. Soft beige dining chairs, neutral-hued floors, and deep sofas create oases of relaxation where guests can hang out, socialize, or cook.

The elegant bedrooms provide space for guests to relax. The king-size beds are very comfortable with high-quality bed linens. Each bedroom has a dedicated ensuite bathroom with modern fixtures and sleek tiling. One bedroom is located at ground floor level and has access to the pool terrace. The remaining four bedrooms are on the upper level with some balcony and sea view access.

Anyone wishing to add an element of well-being to their vacation will be pleased to find a sauna on the ground level. Also, at ground level, there is a fitness room with free weights and a billiards table.

The stunning heated infinity pool is 50 square meters with a depth of 1.5m. This gorgeous feature seems to float above the sea. Guests will adore lounging and relaxing in the sun or shade around the pool. The views of the Aegean Sea and coastline are fabulous.

In addition to the formal indoor dining space, guests can fire up the terrace barbecue for some alfresco cooking and dining. Just another wonderful aspect of life at Loma.

The pretty beach is a mere 20m from the pool terrace of Loma, where guests can swim or accompany children who want to explore the shallows. It’s wonderful!
Immediately next door to Loma is its twin villa, Sea Breeze. Constructed in the same format, this Villa can be connected through the outer areas to create a larger property. It would be ideal for a big family vacation or multi-generational group who want to vacation together yet retain some sense of self-containment.

• Balance due date: 40 days before arrival.
• For cancellations made 40 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking price will be charged.
• For cancellations made 39 days before the arrival date and less, a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking price will be charged.
