The charming Villa Estrella is a stunning one-story Dominican Republic vacation home, full of architectural details and modern interiors nestled within the grounds of the beautiful 7,000-acre Casa de Campo Resort and Villas.

GUEST REGISTRATION:
All guests renting private villas or apartments at Casa de Campo must register with the Villa Owners Club and are granted full access to resort areas and amenities for a small daily fee. Please note villa owners' family members and friends are not required to pay but must still register with the office upon arrival. Once a request has been submitted, we will respond within 12-24 hours.

CASA DE CAMPO RESORT FEE:
The Following fee is mandatory and is Per person per day:
• $25/ adult (15 years of age and older)
• $12/child (Between 4-12 years old)
• Free: Children under four years of age

The registration fee must be paid before entering the property and can be paid at the Villa Owners Club office located in the main resort area. The office is open daily from 8:30 am-10:00 pm (extended hours possible with 24-hours advance notice).
Holiday Season Cancellation Policy: December 18th to January 5th. Once initial payment is made, no refund or date changes will be allowed; only if force majeure limits travel will we allow date changes, but they will be valid for 11 months. No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes. Payment Policy: 50% is due upon booking, and the remaining 50% is due 60 days before the travel date.
