Welcome to Timbuktu by the Sea, a spectacular Jamaican villa with staff overlooking the ocean. This five-bedroomed luxury property has been lovingly created for deep relaxation, fun, outdoor pleasures, and adventure.

This gorgeous and spacious property has a large freshwater pool and manicured grounds that overlook the sublime coastline of Jamaica. Guests will adore the vaulted ceilings, the large doors that open onto the spectacular views, and the private surroundings.

The property’s staff is a discreet, expertly trained team who can anticipate your needs. Delicious dining, beautifully curated tables, refreshing drinks and snacks throughout the day, laundry, housekeeping, and gardening are just some of the daily chores lifted from your shoulders.

The self-contained and well-maintained gardens and driveway bring guests to the large carved double entrance doors. As you step through these doors, you are instantly drawn to the stunning blue of the ocean, seen from the large, vaulted living room. This beautiful room has large glass doors that open to the outdoor, casual seating area overlooking the freshwater pool. Textured, carved furniture, high-end natural fibers, and rugs create a soft and cozy ambiance.

The indoor dining room, adjacent to the modern kitchen, provides a formal space for group get-togethers. In addition to this lovely area are other outdoor dining tables; one on the terrace, one by the barbecue, and another beneath the shaded gazebo. Guests will love finding their happy place to enjoy meals and snacks throughout their vacation.

The Villa’s bedrooms are divine. Spacious rooms with high-end linens, stylish decoration, and air conditioning create relaxing luxury havens. Each bedroom has a sea view. Three of the five bedrooms are at ground floor level and have outside showers, too, another unforgettable experience that guests adore. The two suites upstairs feel deluxe, with large closets and private balconies.

Younger guests, or simply those guests who are young at heart, will enjoy the Media Room. A large flat-screen TV, a foosball table, books, board games, and other fun amenities are available. There is a pickleball court and table tennis in the gardens for outside fun.

There are double sea kayaks, snorkels, life vests, and boogie boards for the brave outdoor warriors to take you out into the blue. The Villa has a jetty where you can swim or snorkel. One of Jamaica’s popular dive sites is about 100 meters from the Villa, and you can swim out from shore to explore this area.

The Villa has an air-conditioned private gym for those who like to maintain their daily workouts. There’s a lot of space on the lawn for dawn yoga too.

Upper Level (First Floor):
Bombay Suite: King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The ensuite has a double vanity. This bedroom has windows on three sides and enjoys sea views. The bedroom has French doors leading to a private and furnished balcony.
Zanzibar Suite: Two Queen beds, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, soaker tub, and double vanities. The bedroom has French doors leading to a private and furnished balcony.

Level One (Ground Floor):
Fez Bedroom: Two Queen beds, walk-in closet, and French doors to pool lawn terrace. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and an indoor/outdoor shower.
Siam Bedroom: King bed, walk-in closet, and French doors to pool lawn terrace. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and an indoor/outdoor shower.

Garden Cottage:
Djenne Bedroom: Queen-size bed with French doors to lawn and terraces. Small ensuite toilet & basin with separate outdoor shower

Extra beds:
The Villa has five bedrooms. Maximum occupancy is two people per room. Additionally, the Villa has a crib at no charge. Two rollaway beds are available for $50 per night each ($25 for children 12 and under).

NOTE:
Each bedroom is air-conditioned with ceiling fans. The rooms have safes, flatscreen TVs, and hairdryers. The bathrooms have robes and bath amenities.
