Sitting Pretty is known as the flagship of all the properties located in the Dunmore Beach Resort, having been impeccably designed and decorated to the ultimate in highest standards. The house is a paradise for entertaining with an emphasis on easy indoor and outdoor living, revealing the laid-back charm which Harbour Island is famous for. Sitting Pretty features two oversized covered terraces, one upstairs and one downstairs, both designed for entertainment, dining and relaxation.

Built over two levels and with an interior inverted living space of 6,000 square feet, this heavenly villa displays luxurious comfort at every turn. The ground floor features a spacious Family Room and 2 king sized bedrooms, each with their own bathroom whilst an adjoining cottage houses another king size bedroom, offering additional privacy. The second floor houses the main living area, known as The Great Room, a king sized master suite with private bathroom and with a private veranda, a superb fully equipped kitchen and adjoining dining room.

Sitting Pretty boasts lots of comfortable seating throughout with plush couches and armchairs and beautiful wicker furniture in keeping with colonial island style. There are many lovely little seating areas all around the house, both inside and out, giving ample relaxation space for everybody staying at the villa. The neutral and pastel colour scheme blends perfectly together giving the house an airy and laid-back feel. The well-equipped kitchen has ample counter space with washer-dryer. Dining is possible in the adjoining dining room or al fresco on the ground floor pool loggia.

Downstairs, both bedrooms in the main building open out onto an individual veranda area which leads to the spacious patio area surrounding the sparkling oceanfront swimming pool, complete with sun loungers and umbrellas. The covered part of the patio offers a wonderful area with comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs. The adorable adjoining pool cottage houses another spacious en suite bedroom and French doors which leads out to a private veranda.

Guests staying at Sitting Pretty can enjoy full access to the great facilities of Dunmore Hotel, including private beach access, tennis court, restaurant and bar, outdoor activities such as beach volleyball, snorkeling, stand-up paddle boards, bocce ball and cornhole. The hotel also has a heated ocean-front pool, outdoor massage area and a fitness facility.
