Specifically located within the residential beachfront enclave of Shore Point, in Cupecoy, this private, gated community is ideally located from all you will need to enjoy the perfect Caribbean vacation.

Accommodating up to 8 guests, Sea Esta expands across 4 levels and incorporates a modern design throughout its interiors. This well-appointed four-bedroom condominium offers wonderful views over the Caribbean Sea and the picturesque, neighboring island of Saba on the horizon.

Making your way into the villa, the first floor is where you will find the main entrance. Here you will find two of the luxurious king-sized bedrooms. The rooms each have large glass-paneled doors leading out onto balconies overlooking the ocean. Each room has its own walk-in closet and a private en-suite bathroom.

You can use the central elevator or the curved stairway to reach the other levels. The second floor is where you will locate the main living space. The condo is fully air-conditioned and features a large open plan living and kitchen area. Relax on the plush bamboo couches as you chat with your loved ones here in the comfort of your private condo. The living room is complete with a large TV and opens onto a furnished terrace with a gas grill, exteriors dining, and providing stunning view over the ocean and surrounding residence. The kitchen comes equipped with all the necessary utensils you will require for your stay. There is an alfresco dining area just off the kitchen, on the balcony. Dine while watching the setting sun over the Sea, it has all the ingredients for a magical evening.

On the top floor you will be greeted by the elevated and panoramic ocean views. Here there is a private rooftop terrace with a plunge pool, sun loungers and the king-size master bedroom. The bedroom has direct access to the terrace and a private en-suite bathroom with a large open shower.

The fourth bedroom is located on the lower basement level and can also be accessed independently from the garage parking area. This studio bedroom has a queen size and a single bed and is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave and private bathroom with shower.
