Jus' Paradise is a serene private villa in a gated community among the lush hills of Rose Hall. This three-bedroom retreat offers five full bathrooms, two powder rooms, and a full-service staff, including a butler, cook, gardener, housekeeper, and personal laundress. Guests can enjoy a 20’ x 35’ saltwater pool with complimentary Aqua-Jogger belts, a Jacuzzi, and thoughtfully designed child-friendly features like a chlorine-free pool and soft lawns.

The villa has air-conditioned bedrooms, although the central living spaces remain open to the tropical breeze. A dedicated office space includes a printer, copier, scanner, and fax, with WiFi available throughout the property. Entertainment options include Samsung Smart TVs in the master bedroom, living room, gym and a 20-speaker sound system with individual area controls.

The fitness center offers a range of equipment, including a bench, universal machine, elliptical, weights, and power balls. A full bathroom with a double shower, a drinks bar, and a kitchenette complement the gym. A massage table is available for in-house treatments arranged with a recommended masseuse. The property also features a backup generator for uninterrupted comfort.

The primary bedroom is on the main level, offering a king-sized bed, a private verandah, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a Jacuzzi, and indoor and outdoor showers. The suite also includes a private office with French doors to the garden and a second full bathroom. Upstairs, two additional king-bedded rooms with an en-suite bathroom provide flexible accommodations for adult couples or families. Extra beds can be arranged to accommodate additional guests.

Meals at Jus' Paradise are a highlight, with options to dine on the open-air balcony, in the Great Room, or the comfort of your bedroom. The villa’s chef and butler ensure a seamless culinary experience, from morning coffee to memorable dinners.

VILLA LAYOUT:
Ground Level:
Just a few steps from the pool, the fitness room has body-building equipment, a TV, a drinks bar, and a fridge.

Main Level:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed, 42” Samsung Smart TV, French doors to private verandah. The en-suite bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower, a separate Jacuzzi tub, and also outside garden shower. The Master Suite includes a connecting office with a printer, a large desk, French doors to the garden, and a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Master Suite offers his ‘n’ hers bathrooms with one Jacuzzi, two indoor showers, and one garden shower.

Upstairs:
Bedrooms 2 and 3: Identical bedrooms with king-size beds. Each en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. These rooms are available from the same hallway for adult couples or a family of four.

One additional twin bed can accommodate a fifth guest in either upstairs bedroom. Two inflatable beds (one single, one double) are also available. The extra-guest fee is $30 per person per night for guest groups that exceed six. The maximum desired occupancy is 10 guests and must be approved in advance.
