Perfect for an adventurous couple, group of friends or even an active family, this secluded spot is just 40 yards from Caneel Hill Trail, which winds down through the lush vegetation to some of the island's pristine secluded beaches on the North Shore. The bustling town of Cruz Bay, offering many galleries, restaurants, bars, and music, is also easily accessible by a hike or by car. A large shaded veranda covers a stylish outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying casual lunches or afternoon cocktails as a brief respite from the midday sun, kept cool by the hilltop breeze. Overlooking the southwest end of St John, the veranda provides breathtaking ocean views as far as the neighbouring island of St Croix. For a special occasion, our concierge service can organize a private chef to prepare an intimate dinner for you and your guests to share from the privacy of your own villa.

The villa's interior boasts a casual and welcoming atmosphere. Large French doors connect the sitting room to the outdoor seating area, allowing the fresh breeze to wash through the living area and bathe the space with natural light. From the plush sofa, you can either gaze out to the surrounding scenery or spend a cosy evening with your partner or guests. Built in 2005, the property is equipped with modern, high-quality appliances. Two ensuite bedrooms are located on either side of the central living space. Complete with individually zoned air conditioning, the spacious bedrooms offer you and your guests independence. A sofa bed is also available should you have any more friends join for an overnight visit.

The luscious hilly terrain lies home to many hikes that take you to picture-perfect viewing spots, including the Caneel Hill Observation Platform just a quarter-mile walk from the villa. Centrally located, St John is a great jumping-off point for visiting some of the other spectacular Caribbean islands. A day trip to any of the nearby spots can offer rivers, waterfalls, plantations and wildlife.
