Welcome to Bougain Villa, a luxury 6-bedroom villa located on Spring Farm overlooking Half Moon in Jamaica. When entering the villa, the sea view is front and center. The easy flow of design leads from one space to another and the circular entrance hall with a locally crafted console snuggly fits the curved walls with the sweeping staircase gliding up on the other side.

Bougain Villa has windows throughout the home and allows the sunlight to pour in giving a feeling of spaciousness with inside, and outside living. The ground floor bedroom opens to one of the large terrace seating areas and has a separate sitting room and bathroom which can also be used as an extra bedroom for up to two children.

The general design throughout the villa is neutral, very comfortable with splashes of color, local artwork, and carefully chosen furnishings, and gives a feeling of calmness. All these elements blend beautifully to create a serene atmosphere and a fantastic vacation home for you and your family.

The extra-large terrace across the front of the villa has three comfortable sitting areas, a beautifully night-lit bar, and outside dining. This space is ideal for your entire party to spend evenings together and watch the sunsets. You can dine under the stars or just enjoy one another’s a company in the most beautiful location.

On the upper level of the villa, there are four more bedrooms, three of which open to a balcony or shared oversize terrace which can double as a night-time bar area at sundown. Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable furnishings and large luxurious beds.
