This 4-bedroom villa has one master suite. The master suite is located on the upper floor and has direct access to a terrace from which you can enjoy the spectacular ocean views. Enjoy your peaceful mornings drinking a cup of coffee and watching as the island begins to awaken.

The first floor has a covered terrace with a bar and a fire pit. The views from all aspects of the house are spectacular, but due to the elevated position of this terrace, the views are especially eye dropping.

But even the most discerning of chefs will be happy with the fit-out and equipment. THE BEACH
This stretch of Grace Bay, called Sunset Beach, is virtually private and very secluded compared to some other parts of the beach. The sand is powder white and soft. The water is almost always calm and crystal clear. Due to the beach's seclusion, the area is a virtual wonderland for wildlife, including turtles, osprey and pelicans.

On either side of Beach Enclave, there is a good stretch of sand to enjoy a morning walk. There is good beach equipment available, including paddleboards, kayaks and snorkelling equipment. The snorkelling directly in front of Beach Enclave is excellent, and the waters are pretty shallow.

Should you wish to spend the day on the beach, the team at Beach Enclave will set up beach chairs and umbrellas for your use. But the best part of the beach is the feeling of privacy and solitude you get. Yours will likely be the only footprints in the sand.
