Villa Sunset is a classic Caribbean design with a wood shingle roof and stunning louvered windows to take advantage of the cooling breeze and spectacular views.
The villa is beautifully finished and furnished to a high specification with a modern interior with glass pocket doors to view the stunning Sugar Ridge Views.
The light and airy living area also accommodates the designer kitchen including a breakfast bar and integrated appliances. The indoor living area leads out to the gazebo, which offers comfortable shaded seating to take in the breathtaking views and enjoy Antigua’s famous sunsets. Sun loungers line the inviting large infinity pool, perfect for making the most of the wonderful climate that Antigua offers.
Tiled with travertine inside and out, this villa is the ideal vacation home for a group of friends or a family. Three King-size bedroom suites each with a double vanity are linked to the main pavilion by covered terraces so that each room has its own privacy.
The villa provides its guests with an abundance of outdoor space and comes it its own private pool deck with a pebbled tiles infinity pool. The terrace has one of the best views over Jolly Harbour. The nearest beach is Valley Church Beach which is an excellent swimming beach and has the most beautiful white sandy. Also, you have many wonderful beaches close by including the fabulous Dennis Beach which is just a 10-minute drive from the villa.
Villa Sunset is located just a short drive from many lovely restaurants in Antigua. Carmichael’s an elegant fine-dining restaurant is just 1-minute drive from Sunset. Guests who stay in the Sugar Ridge Residences have 24-hour security.
Sugar Ridge overlooks Jolly Harbour from its elevated position, with breathtaking 360º views over the warm, turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, palm-lined, white sand, beaches, and the headlands to Five Islands Bay. Perfect Family Vacation Get-Away
Jolly Harbor is a great place to stay in Antigua, and Villa Sunset is an ideal vacation home. The views were beautiful, and the Villa is well-designed with three private rooms, perfect for a family with adult-age children. The outdoor patios were great for relaxing, and the infinity pool was a crowd favorite. The host and the management staff were very friendly and responsive. The only suggestion we have for visitors is that you may want to forego the rental car and hire taxis during your stay. They are quite reasonable, and it's a lot more fun to let the locals navigate the roads while you enjoy the scenery!
Fun with friends
The rental was beautiful and view was gorgeous! Beds were very comfortable. We had coffee and breakfast on the deck every morning before heading to the beach and came back to watch the sunset and then dinner outside. The only downfall was the construction next door - hopefully it doesn’t last too long
Next level views
Villa Sunset is absolutely amazing. The impression you get when you enter the property up the steps is incredible. The infinity pool is perfectly situated to view the town, the sunsets, and natural hills. My family was so excited upon arrival, we spent the first two days soaking up the sun and the views while grilling out. This is not just a place to sleep. You could literally spend all your time at this Villa. The beaches and grocery store is a 3 minute drive away, so you get back to this amazing property quickly. Quality family time spent together was achieved every day because we all couldn’t get enough of being in the pool and patio.

This property is spectacular in every way. The pictures of the house and the views are spot on but pale as to the true beauty of the home and surrounding area. The house is luxurious and provides an inviting and comfortable setting for a perfect vacation. The house is well located.. minutes from Jolly Harbour and surrounding (incredible) beaches, resturants. All interaction with owners and property staff was prompt, thorough and courteous.

We enjoyed the villa so much we didn’t want to leave to go to the beach! We loved the infinity pool, bbq, and indoor/outdoor concept of this beautiful, well appointed villa nestled into the mountainside. We couldn’t get enough" of the view and will be returning!
