Welcome to The Lookout, a wonderful 4-bedroom villa located overlooking the beautiful Jolly Harbour on the Caribbean Island of Antigua.

This home is nestled on top of a wonderful hillside The Lookout. It is a four-bedroom villa that holds a fantastic position overlooking Jolly Harbour, on the west coast of Antigua and the blue Caribbean Sea.

The house has four ensuite bedrooms, a pool and a large open living area that opens onto a covered veranda, pool area, deck and gazebo for alfresco dining and cocktails while watching the world go by. The lounge area has one wall which is almost entirely made up of sliding glass doors that open to transform the area into a perfect inside, outside living space. The combination of these two areas allows the kitchen and lounge to open seamlessly to the deck and pool making a huge open living area. Enjoy evenings with family and friends, making memories to last a lifetime.

The kitchen is well structured with an island cooking area allowing the “chef” to enjoy the view whilst preparing food or drinks inspired by island flavours. The island in the kitchen also allows for a more communal feel to the kitchen and lounge area connecting it to the outside decking area.

The ensuite bathrooms are spacious with his and hers sinks making it perfect for couples. There are also rainfall showers providing a feeling of luxury and opulence to each of the bedrooms. These rooms will act as an oasis for each guest, allowing for a comfortable space to retreat to after an adventurous day of exploring. Each bedroom has an American king-sized high bed and high-pitched ceilings further adding to the feeling of luxury and space in the house. For those especially hot days, each bedroom has air-conditioning and fans to allow sleeping in a cooler tranquil space after a day in the sun at the beach.

The decking area of The Lookout is well designed, allowing for a good deal of shade to be provided whilst providing very light and open areas for relaxing out of direct sunlight. The infinity pool wrapped by the decking area provides excellent vistas from within the pool or the deck area and is second to none for watching the Caribbean sunset with a rum punch.
