Welcome to Villa Lucia, a luxury 5-bedroom villa located on Brac Island, Croatia.
The villa was beautifully designed and decorated by Federico Pace, a Milanese architect. The overall design is contemporary, clean, and comfortable, and it will be a perfect choice for a vacation in Croatia. Spend days exploring the coast, lounging on the beach, or just spending time with your loved ones in the comfort of your private villa.
The architect furnished the house with designer items such as Frank Lloyd Wright chairs, coffee tables, chandeliers, contemporary solid word design dining set chairs by Croatian designers in solid Slavonian oak, etc. Davide Groppi chandeliers, floor lamps, and Artemide lamps are in all bedrooms creating a luxurious feel.
The property boasts a variety of eclectic paintings and objects. Representational art includes works of the well-regarded Zagreb contemporary abstract painter Vatroslav Kulis. Other objects d’art from Croatian artists, sculptors, and photographers are scattered throughout the villa. This makes for a very uniquely decorated home that will be the envy of your loved ones back home. This topped with the beautiful sea views is a perfect combination for an unforgettable vacation.
With exceptional sea views towards Split and the inland mountains, villas Johanna and Lucia are nestled in 2 hectares of flowery gardens complimented by various fruit and nut trees. A wide, level stone pathway between the villas leads the quests through the estate and to a Yoga Platform/Wedding/Party area. The pathway is suitable for wheelchairs and features shaded seating areas to rest. In addition:

STAFF AND SERVICES:
The property has six permanent staff and one seasonal staff, comprising in season a staff of seven. Six are live-in workers, and 1 is a live-out worker. The seven support both Villas Johanna and Lucia.

The villas are staffed 24/7. Staff working hours are from 7.30 am till 10pm. Exceptions can be made for special occasions. However, there will be a pre-agreed, floating “light staff” day during each rental week to allow for staff rest/recharge – on this day, staff will do collazione (breakfast), and daily housekeeping service, including turn-down, but guests will be expected to dine out and be more self-sufficient on “light staff” days.

LOCATION:
The villa is on the edge of the Village of Skrip, Island of Brac, Croatia. Skrip is a beautiful ancient Roman village containing the Museum of Olive Oil and the Museum of Brac. A perfect way to spend a quiet morning. There are lovely beaches in Splitska and on the road to Supetar. There are also marvelous beaches with easy bathing in Postira.
The villa’s location on the northern coast of Brac is fortuitous – as the immediate area boasts a wealth of things to do and is the most accessible part of the island to Split, a 25-minute water taxi away.
Brač Airport is 35 minutes by car. The small airport has substantial private jet traffic, a few commercial routes, and a charter service from Vienna, Klagenfurt, Ljubljana, and Germany.
Split is 20 minutes by water taxi from Splitska or Supetar and 50 minutes by ferry from Supetar. A car ferry goes almost every hour in the summer season. A fast hydrofoil runs to Split from Sutivan in the summer 3-4 times a day and takes 25 minutes. Water taxis can be ordered throughout the season.
