Welcome to Villa Heli a lovely 5 bedroom villa located right in the heart of Bol on the stunning island of Brac. The property offers wonderful sea views from the upper attic terrace while being just a very short walk to the beach. Guests love the fact that this home has a central location being close to lots of amenities including restaurants and shops plus it has its own private terrace and outdoor pool as well as an indoor sauna and Jacuzzi.

This luxury villa in Croatia is the perfect home for a friends getaway or those looking to be close to all the action. The villa is set on 4 floors. It consists of a ground floor and three additional floors.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and a small spa area featuring a Jacuzzi, sauna & toilet.

There are 5 bedrooms in total all en-suite. The first floor comprises of two bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 en suite bathrooms. The third floor has a large bedroom with en suite bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea.

The villa can accommodate up to 13 people (on request), in 5 double beds in 5 bedrooms (1 bed is 140 x 200 cm, and the other four are 160 x 200 cm), and two additional beds (one sized 80 x 200 cm, and the other 140 x 200 cm).

Guests love the small spa area with sauna, and an indoor whirlpool for 6 people. On the terrace there is an outdoor private pool. Villa Heli is located 65 meters from the sea, close to the promenade to Golden Horn, making it the perfect location to be close to everything with restaurants and bars located within 500 meters from the property.
