Guests who love to be on the water will adore having a private dock where excursions by boat or other craft are effortless. In addition, there is a short series of stone steps that will take guests from Villa Clementine's terraces into the warm, turquoise waters.

Villa Clementine has recently completed a property upgrade, and the living areas, including the four bedrooms and four and a half baths, are beautifully finished. The Villa has a large sweeping verandah with a dining area and relaxed seating, providing fabulous views across the pool area to the sea beyond. The spacious master suite has access to the seafront veranda, too.

The Villa's living room is on the upper level of this airy property. This great room has vaulted ceilings and a large glass wall that retracts to allow access to the veranda. The indoor dining room and modern kitchen are adjacent to the living room. There is a wonderful flow of energy through this floor, and guests will adore having so much space to unwind within proximity to one another. There’s a TV in the living room as well as one in the sitting room of the master suite.

Villa Clementine is constructed over two stories, providing up to 3,000 square feet of living space. The villa has four bedrooms and bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests. The property feels very self-contained, with boundary walls and gated access.

Captain's Beach is a wonderful destination to enjoy a supported beach experience. For a small fee, you access the beach and can establish yourself on rented sun loungers under parasols. Villa Clementine has a wonderful location close to the Linden Pindling International Airport (Nassau Airport). Flying times are approximately one hour from Miami or three hours from New York. In under ten hours, visitors can fly non-stop from London.
