On entering Villa 20 at Mauna Kea, you are greeted by a beautiful open-plan living and dining space. From the moment you open the door to your new home away from home you will treated to the dazzling ocean views via windows that make up the far wall of this space. Encouraging lots of natural light into this delightful room, these windows are perfectly positioned to ensure you can take full advantage of this stunning tropical location.

This room is split-level and a cozy lounge area features a corner sofa and armchairs and is ideal for relaxing. A television is hidden away in the structure of the sofa so as not to take from the serene setting. This space is ideal for catching up on the day’s adventures and boasts a welcoming atmosphere. A minibar with wicker high stools sits in the corner of this lower level and is ideal for you and your guests to experiment with your mixology skills!

A dining area is on the upper level of this beautiful room and allows for eating in with all your guests and this space leads to the fully equipped kitchen. A marble breakfast bar is the centre of this glistening kitchen – a great space to make morning plans! The kitchen is a dream and features all modern amenities. For days when you do not feel like cooking, our Concierge will be happy to assist in organising a Private Chef to come and prepare some delicious island-themed meals for you and your guests.

The main living and dining area is beautifully inviting and leads to the magnificent private terrace via large glass sliding doors. Alfresco dining is an absolute must at Villa 20! A Wolf Outdoor Kitchen encourages this and includes barbeque facilities, a refrigerator and warming drawers and a covered outdoor table and chairs ensures guests are set up for enjoying meals in the warm Hawaiian sunshine. Sun loungers surround the pool area and there is also a cozy lounge area. Views to the Pacific Ocean cannot be missed and tropical plants and palm trees create a tranquil setting.

Villa 20 features four bedrooms, making it an ideal choice for a family or group of friends looking to explore the Kohala Coast. There are dual master suites, one of which features an outdoor shower and hot tub, a guest suite and a bunk room. The bunk room is most suited to teenagers or children and features a twin over twin beds to sleep four.

The property also features a garage for two cars and a laundry room.
