Moani Heights 17 sits on the rolling hills of the Uplands and this elevated position offers guests dramatic views of the resort and the azure Pacific Ocean in the distance. The lush greens and fairways of the Hapuna Golf Course along with stunning coastline views and the towering mountains of Kohala and Mauna Kea allow for a tranquil and tropical setting for you and your guests.

Walking up to the door of Moani Heights 17, guests are treated to a colourful display of lush and verdant plants that line that path, a beautiful reminder of the tropical and natural surroundings of the property. The entrance of the villa enjoys muted tones, a tiled floor and lots of natural light. The property is based on an open plan concept and the main living and dining space overlooks the outdoor area. The kitchen flows into the dining area. This dining space boasts a glass topped table and wicker chairs with cushions that beautifully reflect the leafy outdoor scene. The kitchen features modern amenities and the cabinets are subdued in colour, encouraging the outdoor views to brighten the space.

A great room features a more formal dining table and shares the space with the main lounge area. Overlooking the outdoor space via sliding doors, this room is the heart of the home. There is also another cozy seating area just off the kitchen which is perfect for some quiet reading time!

The villa features three bedrooms and is ideal for a family or group of friends looking to relax and unwind and to avail of the excellent amenities at Mauna Kea Resort. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom features a queen and the third features twins that can be joined to make a king bed. The Master bedroom suite embraces the island lifestyle with sliding glass doors that lead to the outdoor space – ideal for popping out for a sunrise dip before the rest of your guests wake up! This room also has a television and en-suite bathroom.

Dining alfresco is a must at Moani Heights 17 and an outdoor table for 6 guests is ideal for making the most of the long evenings. A pool and Jacuzzi feature and there are also sun loungers. A perfectly manicured lawn offers space for the children in the group and the villa itself is quite private, thanks to the hedging surrounding the outdoor space. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. A small putting green is ideal for practice before checking in for a round at one of the nearby golf courses.

Laundry facilities feature with a washing machine and clothes dryer.
