This gorgeous villa offers you and your guests six exceptional bedrooms. On the main floor are four bedrooms. Two master bedrooms, one with an outside terrace and private jacuzzi, the other with an indoor jacuzzi, plus two guest bedrooms.
The main floor also contains the main kitchen, a closed-off studio room with a TV and sitting area. The entire home features high ceilings, a south-facing aspect, and a large open space. This allows for streams of natural light to flow through the home making it brighter and more welcoming.
Las Colinas 19 greets you with an oversized living area and a formal dining room, which leads you to an open terrace where you can find a casual dining table and outdoor living space with entertainment in the pool, jacuzzi and barbecue area. Enjoy long sun-filled evenings in a beautifully designed outdoor area. There will be no better way to finish a day than happy hour at Las Colinas.
The two remaining bedrooms in Las Colinas 19 are located on the bottom floor. Here you can also find a large living/game room area, with a TV, Ping Pong and Billard table. If you wish to relax and unwind in the comfort of your luxury villa for an evening, you can do so by enjoying a game or movie night. This is a perfect way to spend quality time with family and friends as well as a wonderful way to spend an evening taking advantage of your luxury home.
The bottom floor of this villa also contains two maid’s quarters, each with its own bathrooms. There is also a laundry area provided as well as a service kitchen.
The large backyard offers you outdoor activities such as a trampoline, volleyball area and picnic tables. To finish off, a defining feature of the house is a large wrap-around veranda that is accessible from each bedroom to enjoy your morning coffee.

Golf Courses within Casa de Campo:
In 1969, Pete Dye, with the aid of 300 local labourers and his partner and wife Alice worked for two years to create this masterpiece. The Teeth of the Dog features seven water holes overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The Teeth of the Dog name comes from the distinctive sharp points of the coral formations along the shoreline. The course has been Dye's personal favourite over the years. Ranked as the number one course in the Caribbean and number 39 in the top 100 courses, worldwide, in Golf Magazine (2017).
Dye Fore is Pete Dye's newest creation at Casa de Campo Resort. The course features nine cliff-side holes, 7,800 yards from the black tees. The course is situated on a 500-foot cliff above the Chavon River, where Apocalypse Now was filmed.
The Links is a Pete Dye golf course layout with a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea and the Casa de Campo complex and villas. The course design is reminiscent of traditional British and Scottish courses where the greens are small and high.

Minitas Beach is wonderfully private and is perfectly located right in the middle of Casa de Campo. You won’t ever have to go far for a bit of sunshine and sand. About Casa de Campo:
Casa de Campo is a gated resort located in the Dominican Republic. It is a wonderful resort for families. Playa Minitas is home to the newly designed Minitas Beach Club, boasting a 23-meter infinity pool, an on-site restaurant specializing in Latin and Mediterranean cuisine, an ocean-view bar, and a spacious, chic outdoor lounge deck with live music and DJ entertainment. Water sports are offered on-site, including snorkelling, kayaking, windsurfing, and paddleboats. Other amenities at Casa de Campo include tennis, horse-riding, golf, skeet shooting, polo, shopping etc there are lots of restaurants to choose from too.
Casa de Campo Access Fee:
The resort registration fee is required during your stay to access all Casa de Campo amenities and services. The fee is US$ 25/night (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/night (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 are granted free access. Each person registered will receive an ID card, which will detail the dates of their stay.
This ID card will grant the named individual access to the resort, as well as the various facilities including access to Equestrian Centre, access to Shooting Centre, access to Tennis courts, access to Cygalle Healing Spa, access to golf courses and advance tee times reservations at applicable rates, Use of the fitness centre at villa Owner’s preferential rates, use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area and Minitas beach, use of courtesy internal hotel guests transportation, access to discounts, special offers and promotions for private rental guests in hotel’s restaurants, sports facilities and activities and access to the services of Central Romana Medical Centre. At the end of your stay, all the charges to the ID card will be charged to your credit card.
