High Bluffs is a building of architectural splendour boasting exotic Balinese-inspired décor and style both inside and out. The villa places an emphasis on both indoor and outdoor living providing guests with an authentic experience of island life.

The huge great room, incorporating both living and dining spaces, is open-plan with vaulted ceilings, lots of seating areas and wooden framed recess doors which lead directly out onto the lanai complete with lagoon pool and jacuzzi. This great room also features a curving breakfast bar which leads to the chef’s gourmet kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-range amenities and appliances. The kitchen area leads directly outside to a lanai bar where an outdoor kitchen boasts a grill and rotisserie, ice-maker, wine cooler and fridge. The outdoor dining and entertainment space provides both bar and table seating for 12 guests with a convenient powder room nearby.

Entertainment is high on the agenda at High Bluffs with both an indoor Games Room featuring a Pool table and Shuffleboard, and a separate Media Room with Plasma TV and oversized couches.
