This beautiful Caribbean home is prime in the Arrecife residential community, only a short stroll from the beautiful beach at La Cana Golf and Beach Club. Your private chef will take the helm in your modern kitchen, preparing up to three meals daily, plus delicious snacks. Your butler will be delighted to replenish you with cool drinks, coffee, and tasty snacks as you relax throughout the Villa.

There is a large flat screen TV in the main living room. In addition, there’s a TV and relaxed seating area on the upper level, ideal for guests with different viewing objectives. The Villa also has a wonderful games room where guests of all ages can play billiards, foosball, and hang out. This entertainment room opens onto the pool terrace, keeping everyone close together.

Four beautifully appointed bedrooms are distributed across the ground floor, with the stately master suite on the first floor (upper level). Each of the bedrooms has an elegant ensuite bathroom. In addition, the Villa has three powder rooms.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 60 days before arrival. Cancellations 60 days before arrival are refundable; within 59 days or less, refunds won’t apply.

Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, which is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due 90 days before arrival.
