PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 60 days before arrival. Cancellations 60 days before arrival are refundable. Within 59 days or less, refunds won’t apply.

Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, which is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due 90 days before arrival.
