Arrecife 39 is air conditioned throughout, providing a comfortable ambiance for a family or group. Each of the five bedrooms has a TV and a private ensuite bathroom. The furnished outdoors and terraces offer glorious space for guests to relax and socialize in the sun and shade.

From the moment you arrive at Villa Arrecife 39, you will be impressed by the stillness and serenity of the property. This self-contained luxury Villa has a beautiful vibe. The double vaulted living room is a masterclass in fresh white with soft blue and natural tones. The sumptuous sofas are a happy place for guests to gather to catch a movie on the flatscreen TV.

If you are chatting late into the evening, the wonderful lighting scheme allows this beautiful space to transform into a stylish haven filled with art and refinement.

The large retractable glass doors dividing the Living Room from the furnished pool terraces can be opened to seamlessly connect the rich green and blue of the natural landscape with the graceful interiors.

Everything from airport transfers, golf cart rental, fun activities and tours, massages, menu coordination, and kitchen provisioning can be coordinated before or during your vacation so you can focus solely on the art of bliss.

NOTE: One of the King bedrooms is at Ground Floor level. All other bedrooms (including the Master Suite) are on Level 2, accessed via a staircase.

BOOKING RULES:
• No parties or events are allowed
• No Pets
• Dec 18-Jan 5th, and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking; this amount is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due 90 days before arrival.
• Per resort rules, all visitors and guests must be registered at least 24-48 hours before entry; please provide your concierge with all guest IDs or Passports.
• Guests not on the original booking list must be pre-authorized and within the Villa's maximum occupancy.
• Please note that at least one staff member will stay 24 hours at the Villa. Staff members will remain in the staff area when not working or sleeping hours.
