Anini is located on the picturesque northern shore of Kauai island, Hawaii, and boasts a tropical and serene setting. Anini Beach benefits from well-protected waters ideal for trying out some fun adventure water-sports, such as snorkelling, paddle boarding, and windsurfing. Anini Beach is also great for guests looking for a more relaxed stay and is perfect for enjoying picnics, sunbathing and beach walks. Anini Beach stretches for miles along a stunning coastline protected by an extensive offshore reef. It is one of the safest beaches of the north shore thanks to a 2-mile long fringed reef that runs the length of the beach. This reef is the longest in Hawaii and ensures Anini Beach is perfect for families.

The property is located at the end of the road, offering guests privacy. Anini Beach House has been fully renovated and offers a comfortable, private and bright space for guests. The property offers over 1,700 sq. ft. of living space and the open plan layout of the kitchen, dining and living allows for guests to enjoy each other's company. Wonderful views to the azure Pacific Ocean and the tropical surroundings cannot be missed and plenty of large windows in this space ensure guests can take in the serene setting.

The gourmet fully equipped kitchen is bright and airy and features all modern amenities. Beautiful white lacquered maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances, an in-door water/ice dispenser in the refrigerator ensure guests have everything they could need to prepare delicious meals. Butcher block counters with granite accents tie in with the natural materials employed throughout out the property. Laundry facilities also feature next to the kitchen area.

The furnishings of the living and dining space are custom designed rattan pieces, combining beauty with comfort and creating a tropical ambiance. This space leads to the wraparound lanai. The lanai features outdoor seating and an alfresco dining area and truly enhances the oceanfront experience.

The media room is adjacent to the living room and is a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the ocean view as well as the 32” colour television with 40 cable channels, a DVD, a full stereo system. This room is ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure exploring the island.

Anini Beach House boasts a welcoming and inviting interior and the stunning floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open wide to the surrounding lanai provide an unobstructed view to the ocean and island. This design also allows for natural tradewind cooling. In addition, all rooms have Casablanca ceiling fans, dramatic indirect lighting details, and island-style decorator furnishings to enhance your Kauai Island vacation.

Anini Beach House features two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub and separate shower. This bedroom also features large sliding glass doors opening out to the lanai and offering beautiful ocean views. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be combined to make a king-sized bed. This bedroom also features a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Two air mattresses can be set up to accommodate additional guests and the property can sleep up t0o 6 guests in total.

We offer a full complimentary Concierge Service whereby we can arrange car rental, VIP airport assistance, airport transfers, organise restaurant reservations, spa treatments and excursions and pre-stock the villa with groceries prior to your arrival.
