Anini Beach located on the north shore of Kauai is well known for its excellent windsurfing and views of the large coral reef that rings the island. Nearby waters range between four and 100 feet in depth and it is more suitable for water sports than swimming.
The villa has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which has expansive glass walls that open to the sights and sounds of the sea. The villa is modern in style and has wonderful ocean views. The property boasts four luxury bedrooms, three of which are in the main house and the other bedroom is in the detached guest house, adjacent to the main property. The first bedroom which is the master features a king size bed and en-suite bath. This bedroom has hot tub on the deck outside making it an ideal room for a couple. The second bedroom can also be found in the main house and features a king bed and en-suite bath. The third bedroom has twin beds which can covert to make a king bed if desired. The fourth bedroom is suitable for a couple or grandparents looking to be separate from the rest of the group as it is a duplex guest house with a large bedroom upstairs featuring a queen bed and downstairs you will find a lovely sitting room with kitchenette.
In front of the estate, you will find a lush garden that creates a haven of privacy. If you want a beach front home and plenty of privacy, then Anini Beach Front Home is perfect for your vacation!

Anini Beach Front Home resides on one of the most scenically spectacular and untouched beauty of Hawaii’s islands. Ideal
Anini Beach Front was the perfect property for our recent vacation to Kauai. I have been to the island many times with my family and we chose this gem - pity we didn't find it sooner but not to worry. It is a gorgeous home and the setting is so serene. The Jacuzzi is just fab & we all agreed the beds were the most comfortable we had ever slept in! We will be back
Couldn't have asked for nice!
Stayed here in October with my family for my wife's birthday and we all loved it - the house is in the most perfect location, a short walk from the beach so we used to pop down for a morning dip. The house itself is beautifully laid out and the Jacuzzi is a great addition. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Anini Beach Front!
