Welcome to Villa Prelude 8, a stylish and contemporary French villa with expansive views across the countryside to the Bay of St Tropez.

This elegant property has four bedrooms, an outdoor infinity pool, terraces, and gardens, providing a private and tranquil setting for up to eight guests.

The rural setting of this property is magical. Lush landscapes unfurl around this multi-level Villa, yet guests are only 16km (about 10 miles) from the unsurpassed St Tropez. This modern property is laid out over four levels. There are wonderful views from each level, the various rooms, and terrace spaces.

The interior of this wonderfully modern Mediterranean villa is an eclectic mix of art, stylish furniture, and subtle colors. Each element combines to create an elegant and graceful ambiance. Life at Villa Prelude is a magical mix of indoor and outdoor living. The pool and surrounding deck are just one fabulous space to unwind, sunbathe, or swim. There are two spaces, indoor and outdoor, for group dining. The outdoor dining space has incredible views.

There is ample relaxed seating in sun and shade for guests, and with quiet spaces around the gardens, there’s so much to enjoy together or alone. The bedrooms, distributed over the upper and lower levels, are beautifully furnished and can access the gardens and views.

The fully-equipped kitchen in the middle level is open plan and merges seamlessly with the indoor dining spaces. The Villa’s Conservatory is home to the fitness area where guests can access an exercise bike, weights, and other workout equipment.

Villa Prelude is the perfect example of a modern property infused with light. The rich oranges and blues that appear throughout the Villa are a constant reminder of the intense tones of the landscape and the sea. LOCATION:
Villa Prelude is located near the exquisite medieval village of Grimaud. This beautiful community is steeped in tradition, and it is a joy to explore the narrow streets, stopping for a coffee or a refreshing drink. There are many good restaurants and cafes within Grimaud.

For guests who long for more hustle and bustle, St Tropez is only 16km away. This Town is the coastal center made famous for its dining, nightlife, art, and shopping. Twice a week, the Town’s Place des Lices hosts open-air markets, adding to the color and sound of the area.

The pretty villages of Plan de la Tour and La Garde Freinet are worth exploring, too, for their quaint and picturesque settings. The coastline around St Tropez is famous for its sandy beaches. Pack a picnic, choose one, and sit and watch sailboats float across the blue horizon.
