Welcome to Villa Blanche Dubois, a privately owned 8-bedroom villa nestled in Domaine de Terre Blanche near Provence, on the French Riviera. This luxurious villa accommodates up to sixteen of your loved ones in its ultra-modern and spacious living space.

The villa is set on the prestigious estate of the Domaine de Terre Blanche, a serene haven perched high up in the calm hills of the Var. Villa Blanche Dubois is embedded in a tranquil location. The overall home is set on a plot size of 37,673 sq. ft. and offers you total privacy and seclusion from the hustle and bustle of life. Here you can let your worries melt as you indulge in the lush gardens, or in the private hot tub and steam room.

If you wish to venture outside of your private place then you can use the two golf buggies to discover the area that surrounds you. You could even venture out of the Domaine to enjoy the charming local village markets and restaurants, a local renowned vineyard, or the bustle and beaches of the Cote d’Azur.

Walk outside around the 4,305 sq. ft. exterior terraces of your villa or relax inside in the 4,843 sq. ft of comfortable interiors. Outside you will find a profusion of amenities and features to make your stay more than exceptional. The open terrace holds the mirrored infinity pool that is surrounded by vivacious vegetation and vibrant plants. Here you can slip into the pool for a refreshing morning swim or plunge into the waters after a hot day sunbathing on the soft sunbeds. If you want to sit in the comfort of the calm shade, then put up the large parasols or sit near the large trees as they cast beds of cooling shade around the expansive gardens. Here is the perfect spot to indulge in your favorite novel as you listen to the fresh breeze rustle through the trees and skim across your skin.

Explore the gardens at your own pace, you will find hidden gems such as a sun lounger alcove, expensive garden sculptures by Rob Mulholland, and a soft swaying hammock for you to sit back relax and unwind. The lawns are well-maintained and perfect for you to roll out a yoga mat or even meditate on as you breathe in the crisp clean air. You can start off the day with a delicious buffet breakfast as you sit in the outdoor dining area located just outside the living area overlooking the pool. You could even light up the barbeque for a sizzling lunch as your guests swim in the pool or sunbathe on the sun loungers. There is an outdoor lounging area that can accommodate up to twenty-eight people in total, so you will never be short on company or space. If you want to do something a bit more fun, then why not have a family game of table tennis or a competitive game of table football! The upper terrace in the villa provides you with some captivating views of the surrounding areas. They are partially covered for your comfort as they look out over the hilltop villages.

As the late afternoon sun starts to glisten through the pine trees, and the pool terrace is at its most beautiful, enjoy some delicious local rosé whilst soothing away those few remaining cares in the integrated hot tub. Sit out for some outdoor alfresco dining if you wish as you soak in the panoramic views of the quaint perched villages in the hills beyond. The open terrace holds more incredible views of the mountainous lands and the enchanting villages that lace through this area. You can cook up your delicious meal in the outdoor kitchen that is fully equipped with a Smeg Integrated gas Barbeque, an Outdoor fridge, and an integrated sink with Vola Tap. The covered dining area seats sixteen guests and is also adjacent to the outdoor seating area and exterior gas fire pit. You can listen to your favorite song as you play some tracks on the Sooloos system. You and your loved ones can sit around the crackling fire as you watch the night sky spark with new stars.

The villa combines a pristine minimalistic design that is enhanced with the sophisticated use of antique crystal chandeliers, fine-cut mirrors, rustic woods, soft suede, and indulgent linen fabrics. The villa features a state-of-the-art multi-room sound system. The living area embraces an open-concept living space with high-rise ceilings, pristine white walls, and attention to detail in every corner of the room. The living area has direct access out onto the pool terrace and lounging areas while the large floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door opens the space. It creates a blend of both the exterior and interior areas and allows the clean French breezes to float through the villa. The main living space of this villa, as well as the luxurious bedrooms, contain some beautiful pieces from our art collection including a neon by Tracey Emin and a sculpture by Paolozzi. The living area is also fitted with a large wall-mounted flat-screen television, a Blue Ray player, and a glass-fronted gas fire. You can also locate a second living area on the upper floor that captures the stunning views of the landscapes mountains and hilltop villages. It too is fitted with a wall mounted flat screen television, Blue Ray player, and a glass-fronted gas fire

The indoor kitchens (two) are very spacious and come fully equipped for you to try out some new recipes. The area is very contemporary and airy with its glistening counters and sleek cabinets. The large island counter is fitted with stools and the overhead skylight floods the space with natural light and warmth. The main kitchen is specifically fitted with an abundance of Gaggenau appliances and features such as two Gaggenau Refrigerators, a freezer with an ice dispenser, a large Oven, a Microwave/Oven combination, a Miele Dishwasher, Integrated double sinks with Waste disposal, a Nespresso Machine, a Dualit Kettle, a toaster, and a Kitchen Aid blender. There is a second chef/staff kitchen located at the rear of the property. This area is also fitted with state-of-the-art appliances such as a Gaggenau American-style Fridge Freezer with an ice maker, a Microwave/Oven Combination, a Steam oven, an Integrated coffee maker, a Warming Drawer, A large Rangemaster with two ovens, an induction hob, a Miele Dishwasher, Double integrated sinks with Waste disposal, a Nespresso Machine, a Dualit kettle, a Dualit toaster, a Kitchen Aid food mixer, a blender and plenty of cookware for the most discerning chefs!

Villa Blanche Dubois features a private fully equipped gym with state-of-the-art Techno-gym equipment. You can watch TV as you start of the day with a short jog on the treadmill. The Gym features a private bathroom with a separate walk-in shower and a luxurious steam room with cantilevered benches for you to unwind in. Throughout the villa, there are a lot more state-of-the-art technological appliances including the indulgent home cinema. This drop-down cinema screen with surround sound, Blue Ray Player is also fitted with games and a private bar. The televisions in the property are all equipped with access to the Sky network and have HDMI connections to connect your laptops if you have something specific in mind. Villa Blanche Dubois also features a boules court and croquet lawn - perfect for an afternoon game with family and friends.

Other amenities of the villa include a rear Laundry Room (adjoining the staff kitchen). This room holds two Miele washing machines, tumble dryers, and Gaggenau wine coolers. There are seven bathrooms throughout the property that are en-suite to the luxurious bedrooms. They are fitted with deep soak stone baths and cantilevered basins as well as rainfall walk-in showers. There are also a variety of powder rooms laced throughout the villa.

LOCATION

Villa Blanche Dubois is a privately owned villa and is nestled in Domaine de Terre Blanche near Provence, on the French Riviera on the Mediterranean coast of southeastern France. The villa is based in an ideal location, as it is set near many local areas, activities, and amenities.

It is an oasis of secluded tranquility, yet only 35 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the Cote d’Azur. The Domaine provides 24-hour security-controlled access, 5-star Hotel de Terre Blanche.

The Domaine, and in particular your private villa, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views over the neighboring historic and charming perched villages (Seillans, Fayence, Callian, and Montaroux ) where within a 10-20 minute drive you will find charming local markets and some fabulous restaurants. Further afield, but still within an hour’s drive, are several vineyards such as Chateau d'Esclans, famous for its "Whispering Angel" rosé, Grasse, the center of French perfumery and the beaches and bustle of the Cote d'Azur towns of Cannes, Nice, and St Tropez.

You can book a full-day trip to the iconic Provencal town of Aix en Provence (90 mins drive) and the world-renowned Gorges du Verdon, considered to be the most beautiful river valley in Europe (60 mins drive). Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is under an hour's drive away from Villa Blanche Dubois (60km).
