Welcome to Villa Nova, a beautiful 10-bedroom villa located in the Andalusian mountains. This home will be a wonderful base from which you and your guests can explore all that the southern coast of Spain has to offer.

Villa Nova is a stunning 10-bedroom countryside estate that truly exudes the essence of luxury, class, and comfort. Surrounded by the magnificent Andalusian mountains, the 5000 sq meter plot is gated and has three separate very private living units. Each space allows each guest peace and privacy in the most exceptional location.

Upon arrival, you will feel like you have come into your very own Mediterranean oasis. Expansive lawns with blooming flora, mature fruit trees, tropical landscape and the estate’s wonderful pool are the perfect place to relax and take in the Spanish sunshine. This villa is ideal for large families, groups of friends, or work retreats wanting to get together in a private and tranquil surrounding.

Although private and secluded the villa is within a short drive to amenities. Explore and enjoy a day of culture by visiting some of the charming Andalusian Pueblo Blancos. Take a hike in nature with views of Africa & Gibraltar. Dine-in local award-winning restaurants. If you are feeling up for a bit of city excitement, within 20 min you have Costa del Sol where you can enjoy traditional tapas bars and beachfront chirinquitos. Shop among the flower-lined streets of the old town and of course, visit the beautiful beaches.

Villa Nova’s unique floor plan offers plenty of common areas for entertaining as well as private areas for relaxation. The villa can sleep up to twenty across its ten bedrooms and ten bathrooms. The villa is divided into three separate self-contained houses all with large, comfortable living areas and fully equipped kitchens. The main house offers six bedrooms and can accommodate up to twelve people, the apartment on the lower level can sleep four and the separate guest house has an additional four more. Junior beds and cots are also available.

The main villa is the primary living area with six deluxe size bedrooms each with its own private terrace. Vaulted ceilings adorned with centuries-old wood beams welcome you to the airy, multi-level floor plan. Glass doors and windows allow plenty of natural light and fresh air flow throughout the home and offer views of the resort-style grounds. Covered terraces and palapas with lounge furniture provide a shady retreat in the summer while the modern in-door fireplace glows with a cozy warmth in the wintertime.

The two-bedroom, two-bath apartment is located on the lower level of the main villa. It has its own separate entrance but can also be accessed from inside the villa. It features a large master bedroom with an en-suite bath and a sliding glass door leading to the pool patio. The studio bedroom has fantastic garden views and its own sizeable bathroom with laundry facilities.

The self-contained detached guesthouse has its own entrance, located 30 meters from the main villa. This space is perfect for couples or younger group members looking for seclusion from the rest of the party. The two-bedroom, two-bath house has a fully equipped kitchen and vaulted ceiling living room with an open fireplace. A lovely, covered terrace with its own private garden and views of the avocado and citrus orchard.

Wonderful sunbathing areas surround the heated octagon swimming pool with lounge chairs and a large palapa. Spend your days lounging by the pool and soaking up the warm Mediterranean sun. Splash around the pool on floats or star gaze at night in the heated jacuzzi.

There is also a covered outdoor kitchen by the pool with a gas BBQ, sink and refrigerator. Cook up a storm inspired by wonderful Spanish flavours. There are ample dining tables and bar seating shaded by the orange tree. The heated indoor pool is in a separate building and has a sauna, fitness room, shower, and toilet facility.

If you are looking for a little adventure while in Marbella, this villa is a great place for you and your guests to be based. The hills are ideal for hiking, cycling, and nature spotting and within a short drive, you have many first-class golf courses within a half-hour range. If you prefer a bit of culture and would like to visit some of Europe's most impressive historic jewels within an hour's drive you could visit Granada, Malaga, Ronda, and Cadiz.
