Marya can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, with living space of almost 6,000 square feet.

This fabulous villa offers spacious living areas both inside and out with the terrace and interior seamlessly flowing together. Areas of relaxation abound, both in the sunshine and shade, ensuring plenty of space for everybody, no matter the size of your group.

Inside, the home is elegant and relaxed, filled with natural light and decorated in soothing neutral shades providing warmth to the interior scheme. Contemporary art, natural wooden accents, gleaming marble floors and Balinese décor combine perfectly to create a magical oasis of calm and comfort. The spacious open plan main living area encompasses a chic kitchen, dining area and various living and relaxation spaces. Pristine and comfortable sofas and armchairs sit beside widescreen TVs in two separate areas, providing an opportunity for your guests to gather together separately, if and when the need arises. Wine buffs will adore the glass wine cellar on display.

The sleek, well-equipped, ultra-modern kitchen features high gloss cabinetry and ample marble worktop space for stress-free meal preparation. An adjacent glass dining table with seating for 8 makes a perfect spot for morning coffee gatherings or for guests who wish to enjoy a glass of wine while chatting with the cook at work. An additional round wooden dining table is located very close by, ensuring that mealtimes are always a group affair. Delightful alfresco dining is possible outside on the veranda where dining furniture and a superb fully equipped BBQ grilling station is set up, complete with fridge and sink area. Each of the exquisite bedrooms open out on to patios or terraces. The master bedroom overlooks the swimming pool and features a splendid en-suite bathroom. Each of the bedroom layouts have been thoughtfully planned to ensure perfect comfort for guests of all ages. Most of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and some have TVs.

Outside, you will find several fabulous alfresco relaxation areas set up on the terrace. You have your choice of spots to sit back with a good book, or a cool refreshing drink in hand enjoying the beauty of the lush green garden surrounding you and listening to the soothing rustling of the foliage in the warm breezes. Sun loungers around the pool offer the perfect sunspots where you and your guests can spend quiet afternoons soaking up the rays and dipping into the pool to cool off. Some of your guests will enjoy a game of ping-pong or basketball in the garden. Villa Marya is a location that lives for the outdoors and even at night time, the floodlit pool beckons under a starry sky.
