Villa Boheme is located just a short walk from Diamond Beach, a beautiful stretch of white sand. The property is also located in the quiet neighborhood of Rio Verde, allowing you to relax in peace and comfort. At the property's entrance, you will be welcomed by an expansive courtyard filled with tropical plants boasting a tranquil environment. Enter the property through the main door. You will step into the hall, which opens out onto the living area. This space then flows into the kitchen and dining area. This open space is great for all guests to gather and spend time with one another. With its large floor-to-ceiling windows, the inner space flows into the outer area, one of our favorite villa areas.

The ground floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, the first bedroom, and a bathroom. You can easily access the rest of the house with the elevator, from the bright basement to the sunny rooftop terrace, making it a great vacation home for all guests.

A large and spacious living area in the basement with a lot of light opens to the English patio. It offers a private gym area with an extra bathroom and a second kitchen for the staff to host events professionally. A large bedroom with an English patio includes a large bathroom ensuite and built-in wardrobes.

You will find another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom located on the first floor. From here, you can enjoy garden views from the large open windows. The impressive Master bedroom in the villa boasts a large ensuite bathroom and opens to a large private terrace. Here is a wonderful place to enjoy the morning sun, a perfect start to your day.

The property boasts an incredible solarium rooftop terrace and is one of the best places in the villa to enjoy the spectacular views. This area also includes a jacuzzi, a large lounge area, a BBQ Table where you can sit and grill together during long evenings, and an outdoor kitchen. This area is ideal for hosting all your guests. Enjoy a BBQ night with your loved ones, followed by some delicious beverages. Watch the sunset and the incredible harbor views as the stars settle into the sky.

Villa Boheme features a state-of-the-art domatic system. There is secure parking space for two cars, air conditioning and WIFI, and underfloor heating throughout in winter.

You are just a two-minute walk from the beach and many exceptional restaurants. You can also head to the strip of luxury shops located in Puerto Banus. Here you can enjoy yacht spotting and some of the fantastic restaurants on the water's edge. The Marbella Club and Puente Romano are also within walking distance.

If you are looking for a little adventure while in Marbella, this villa is a great place for you and your guests to be based. If you prefer a bit of culture and would like to visit some of Europe's most impressive historic jewels within an hour's drive, you could visit Granada, Malaga, Ronda, and Cadiz.
