The residence is located on the third floor with beautiful views to the Northside, over West Vail. The modern interior is finished with cool marble surfaces and granite features, complemented by polished hardwood floors and walnut furniture.

The open plan living space is light and airy, with wide panoramic windows offering dazzling mountain views. The comfortable leather sofa is inviting and faces the warmth of the fireplace and the large wall-mounted Smart TV for relaxing evenings in.

There is a large state-of-the-art kitchen including all modern appliances so that guests can easily create hearty meals after a snow-filled day on the slopes. The kitchen emphasizes the ‘home from home’ feel of the unit, whilst the 3-person breakfast bar is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee.

This property sleeps 4 people comfortably. The generous master bedroom features a king-sized bed, convenient walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom facilities. The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds and also has an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms feature Smart TV’s and the contemporary décor is continued within the bedrooms.

Because of the great skiing amenities and proximity to the slopes, ‘The Lion’ residence is considered to be a prime destination for those looking to get the most from their time on the mountain. The ski locker room, complete with boot dryers is a convenient, safe and comfortable place to store all your equipment at the end of each day. Another added benefit of this fabulous property is the on-site equipment rentals so that you can begin your vacation having all the gear pre-booked and ready to fit as soon as you arrive. And though the skiing area is just a few minutes’ walk from the door, there is also a new skier shuttle, “The Toboggan”, which is available on-demand.

This property offers convenient access to all the amenities you could wish for during your Colorado getaway. The pretty village of Lionshead is close by with many lovely shops, restaurants and it’s just a short 350-yard walk to the Lionshead Gondola.

Lionshead Village was constructed in the 1960s, though it was remodelled and renovated in subsequent years, taking inspiration from Tyrolean style architecture and is now a charming village reminiscent of a quaint Austrian hamlet. The centre of the village is closed off to cars and buses, retaining a sense of peace and keeping the mountain air pure. There is a world-class choice of restaurants to choose from, and amazing shopping from luxury boutiques to outdoor sports gear stores stocking the very best of brands in winter sports. Lionshead is just a 10 to 15-minute stroll from the iconic Vail Village, though there is also a complimentary In-Town bus that runs regularly between the two villages throughout the day and well into the evening.

For those who prefer to eat at home, this apartment is equipped with a full kitchen and dining facilities which any cook will enjoy. If you prefer to hang up your apron while on holiday, Exceptional Villas will look after you also. You will have a personal concierge who will be happy to arrange a private chef for you.
