Sunny Retreat

Welcome to our beautiful 8 bedroom villa Sunny Retreat located at the upscale Encore Resort at Reunion and only five miles from the famous Disney World. The villa has a great open space with an open plan living area that consists of the kitchen, seating area, and dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your delicious meals. There is also a breakfast bar where guests like to sit throughout the day for a quick chat or coffee.

The bright dining area is right beside the kitchen and this area can seat up to 10 persons. Our wonderful concierge would be delighted to organize a chef to come in and cook for everyone at an additional cost. Having your own personal chef is lovely for everyone as nobody has to be on cooking duty and can enjoy some pre drinks before dinner is served up.

The downstairs living is tastefully decorated and features an impressive 55-inch flat screen television, comfy sofas, and armchairs. The upstairs living area also features a 55 inch flat screen television.

The pool area is just outside the living area and here you will find the villas private pool (17 x 21ft) with a spillover tub that is one of the most popular areas for guests to spend time. The pool area also features sun loungers where guests can sunbathe and sit back and relax. The covered lanai has table and chairs which is the perfect area to have some alfresco dining.

Sunny Retreat has 8 bedrooms altogether and two of them are located on the ground floor while the other six are located upstairs. The upstairs also has its own living lounge which is great if guests have different tastes on movie choices etc.

Sunny Retreat is fully air-conditioned and offers guest complimentary Wifi along with private parking. Towels are provided at the villa. While staying at this villa, you will receive free transfers to the local theme parks including Disney World, Sea World, and Universal.

Check-in time for Sunny Retreat is at 4 pm and checkout is before 10 am. Guests can request early or late check out at an additional cost. (usually half of the nightly rate)
To secure Sunny Retreat, we require 20% of the total amount of booking and the final balance is due 8 weeks to arrive. Please note there is a departure clean and 13.5% sales and tourist tax to be added to the published rates.

The villa has a digital lock and a unique door code will be assigned to guests prior to arrival at the property. Guests can go straight to the property on arrival and input the code to access the property. We do recommend that guests hire a car when staying in this area as it is the best means to get around.

Taxis are available also but they can work out more expensive in the long term. The owners will not accept smoking at the property, parties or events without prior permission. Housekeeping services are available throughout guest stay on request at an additional cost.

Our concierge can help you with booking your restaurants, park tickets. Grocery pre-stock, car rental etc so it makes planning your trip so much easier.

The Encore Resort at Reunion has some amazing facilities to offer guests with a fantastic new water park, a private clubhouse, community pools and a fitness center that guests staying at Sunny Retreat can all use throughout their stay.

The resort also has tennis courts, basketball courts, and a sand volleyball area plus a cool gaming arcade that the children love. The resort also has a handful of lovely restaurants to choose from and a shop where guests can pick up everyday essentials.
