This 9,700 sq. ft. house occupies a beachfront position unrivaled elsewhere in the Caribbean. Surrounded by majestic palm trees and beautifully landscaped grounds, Sandpiper provides truly dramatic views of Davis Bay and across the Caribbean Sea to Antigua.

The house has an immensely light and airy ambiance and each of the five bedrooms has it's own outdoor and lushly planted shower room. Three of the bedrooms open straight out onto the white sands of Davis Bay beach. There is a beautifully appointed kitchen, an indoor sitting room, a huge Great Room opens to the outdoors, and a fabulous infinity pool that appears to sit on the beach itself.

Private picnics on Harbour Beach are easily arranged with a call to the resort's concierge. Cold poached salmon, heirloom tomato salad, fresh almond cookies, and champagne perhaps? No matter the request, guests will find a hamper packed with their selections waiting at the beach upon their arrival.

The villa is located right on the beach and features a stunning outdoor terrace with breath-taking views of the ocean. In addition, the villa’s terrace has a large infinity-edge pool and a charming gazebo on the beach perfect for dining al fresco at night or having breakfast each morning prepared by your own personal gourmet chef.

There is a friendly team of staff on hand at the property, including your own private housekeeper and a personal chef, and they are ready to cater to your every need.
