Potter's Retreat

Welcome to our stunning villa Potter’s Retreat, located within the luxury exclusive Reunion Resort in Orlando with access to the wonderful amenities on site. The villa features 6,500 sq.ft of living space which consists of 7 bedrooms altogether.

As you drive towards the private entrance of the property, you will see the beautiful portico at the front and the glossy double front doors that open onto the grand hall that features lots of windows creating natural light which reflects stunningly against the furniture.

The windows and patio doors run the entire length of the back of the property to take advantage of the views and access to the pool area on the ground floor of the property.

On the right when you come in, you will see the beautiful dining table that can seat up to 12 persons. Straight ahead, you have the terrace doors that open onto the pool area.

The pool area is really large and enclosed and offers guests sun loungers for relaxing. It really is a great area to spend with family and friends. It also provides guests with an outdoor kitchen featuring a gas grill for some alfresco dining. This area also has a dining table that can seat up to 8 persons. The pool is perfect for lane swimming as it is 33ft long.

When you have had enough of swimming, you can take some time in the spillover tub to relax. There is also a 40 inch HD television with prism box if you would like some poolside entertainment. This is one of the most used areas in the house and offers all the amenities you could need that is loved by families and large groups.
The pool at this villa is not heated however it can be heated on request.

The living area is also another great area for spending time with everyone. It has a great open plan lounge area that features large comfortable sofas and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to cook up the most delicious meals throughout your stay. Our concierge can also organise a chef to come in and cook for everyone at an additional cost.

The kitchen at Potter’s Retreat also features a breakfast bar and a dining area that seats up to 9 persons. It overlooks the pool and the gardens of the property. The villa also has great entertainment with a custom movie theatre that has gorgeous black leather recliner seats and also a games room with pool table, PS4 and foosball.

This is why we always recommend this villa to families with children as there is always something for them to do. Guests always comment on how much their children enjoyed their stay and is another reason they come back year after year. Disney is only 5.5 miles from this property also which is another reason families really love it.

The villa has 7 bedrooms in total – there are 5 bedrooms on the ground floor and two of the bedrooms are on the first floor. All the bedrooms feature a HD television and have walk in wardrobes. The bedrooms are furnished with beautiful furniture and provide luxury linens and towels.

The master suite located on the ground floor features a King size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed and shares an ensuite bathroom with bedroom three.

The third bedroom features twin beds and shares the adjoining bathroom with bedroom two. The fourth bedroom is a queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom located across the hall. Bedroom five is the new Harry Potter-themed room which Harry Potter fans would adore- it has 2 twin four-poster beds and its own ensuite bathroom.
The additional 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor.

Bedroom six has a king size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and bedroom seven has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom and doors to the first-floor terrace.
Potter’s Retreat offers free Wi-fi internet and free off-street parking. There is a laundry room that provides washer and dryer, iron and an ironing board. There are also items for hire such as cribs, high chair, stroller and pack and play.

Reunion Resort has amazing amenities including access to three signature golf courses, spa and salon and tennis centre. When you book Potter’s Retreat we include access to a wide range of facilities at the resort including:

TERMS AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

• 13.5% Florida sales tax along with resort fees to be added to published rates upon booking
• Cleaning fees are included if the reservation is 7 nights or more.
• Saturday to Saturday reservations is preferred.
• Holiday periods include Christmas, New Year, Easter and Thanksgiving.
• $500 Villa damage insurance to be added to the rate
• Light Housekeeping - $170 + tax per clean, Full Housekeeping - $220 + tax per clean



For Stays under 6 nights, there is a $170.00 Cleaning fee.
If the stay is 6 nights or longer, the cleaning fee is waived.
Pool heat is an extra $40.00 per day.
