Welcome to Plumeria, a stunning five-bedroom villa on the Four Seasons estate on the beautiful island of Nevis. When you walk through the front doors of Plumeria, your eyes are attracted straight away to the panoramic view of the ocean. This Nevis Villa has a traditional Caribbean feel to it, bright and airy with colourful plantation pictures and ornaments speckled around it.

This luxury Nevis villa comes with 5 bedrooms, four are on the first floor and one king bedroom downstairs. Plumeria has 3 bedrooms with king-size beds, a Queen bedroom and twin beds. All have ceiling fans and features double doors which open out on to the terrace. There are two bedrooms on each side of the main living area.

The living plan is open and is very spacious. Your extremely well-appointed kitchen is designed from dark wood and is brightened by the modern appliances and turquoise coloured walls. There is a marble-topped island in the middle of the kitchen which great to sit around for those coffee morning chats.

The living area has several sofas and chairs, a wall entertainment centre for cable television, a DVD player, radio and wireless internet access. From here there are double doors that lead onto a stunning covered terrace with a tiled decking making this Luxury Nevis villa the perfect house to enjoy indoor/outdoor living.

The Terrace leads to the large private infinity pool which has several relaxing sunbeds surrounding it. This is the ideal place to enjoy an evening cocktail or a stunning sunset meal with friends and family. A great addition to the villa is the barbeque hut which double us as a refreshments bar also. The gardens surrounding the pool and villa are full of tropical flowers and foliage to ensure privacy and a sweet aroma.

The Resort features many gourmet restaurants and bars offering a wide range of fresh, locally sourced and delicious dining experiences that capture the culture and flavours of Nevis.

~ On the Dune~ The Resort’s new signature pool and beach restaurant, it offers an upscale and relaxed beachside restaurant. In the evenings, On the Dune transforms into a vibrant beachfront party atmosphere featuring late-night DJ sets and live entertainment.

~ EsQuilina~ A fusion of Coastal Mediterranean and Caribbean dishes which will delight guests. The restaurant offers a bustling and interactive breakfast buffet featuring fresh tropical juices and smoothies, omelette station, fresh-baked pastries and more. In the evening, the Mediterranean-inspired dinner menu is highlighted by a giant Crudo bar with raw seafood, burratas and charcuterie, fresh fish grilled in a wood fire and more regional delights.

~ Mango’s~ A short stroll down the beach is the waterfront Mango restaurant, featuring a colourful modern Caribbean menu in an alfresco environment. With spectacular views of St. Kitts and the Caribbean Sea, Mango is also, a perfect spot to catch a spectacular Nevis sunset.

~ Bars~ Crown Monkey Rum Bar, Kastaways Beach Bar and the very popular Kool Rummings Rum cart are perfectly located on the resort so never too far away. Guests will also have a full beach service while relaxing under the Nevis sunshine.

Golf Course
Widely considered one of the best courses in the Caribbean, the dramatic setting of the Robert Trent Jones II-designed golf course offers views of the mountains, neighbouring St. Kitts, the Resort, and, of course, the shining blue sea. This course will not only challenge your game with its constant elevation changes, but you will also encounter the ruins of a historic sugar mill and maybe even a friendly monkey or two cheering you on.

The spectacular Pinney’s' Beach is located just steps away from the Resort. Four Seasons Resort Nevis provides tennis lovers with everything they could need.
