The Beeches comprises of a 4 bedroom villa and a cottage with a king size bed. The interior of this luxury Nevis villa has a vibrant feel to it. Open planned with a modern style kitchen, granite countertop with all the necessary amenities; and a breakfast bar with great views of the ocean.

What’s great about this property is it that it’s elevated so boasts great views on the Caribbean Ocean. Folding back French doors separate the living area from the terrace. When opened it gives the villa a real indoor/outdoor feel to it. Outside you will find a covered Veranda with an amazing infinity pool. The terrace has a very comfortable sitting area which is the ideal place to dine al fresco while taking in the views of the ocean or golf course.

The infinity pool is decked out with sun loungers, table and chairs and sun umbrellas. Imagine yourself sunbathing reading a book sipping a chilled glass of wine…. sheer bliss!! The gardens surrounding the pool and villa are full of tropical flowers and foliage to ensure good privacy.

This luxury Nevis villa’s Master bedroom has a King-size bed, en-suite and air conditioning. Bedroom two is on the lower-level and has master king suite: Identical to the upper-level master king suite, except outdoor access is onto the lower terrace and gardens. Bedroom three again is on the upper-level and has two double beds: Features a shared bathroom with shower. Bedroom four – upper level with two double beds: Has direct access to the pool terrace and features a shared bathroom with shower All the rooms throughout this villa are air conditioned which can be controlled individually. The fifth bedroom is in the cottage and has a king size bed en suite.

The Resort features many gourmet restaurants and bars offering a wide range of fresh, locally sourced and delicious dining experiences that capture the culture and flavours of Nevis.

~ On the Dune~ The Resort’s new signature pool and beach restaurant, it offers an upscale and relaxed beachside restaurant. In the evenings, On the Dune transforms into a vibrant beachfront party atmosphere featuring late-night DJ sets and live entertainment.

~ EsQuilina~ A fusion of Coastal Mediterranean and Caribbean dishes which will delight guests. The restaurant offers a bustling and interactive breakfast buffet featuring fresh tropical juices and smoothies, omelette station, fresh-baked pastries and more. In the evening, the Mediterranean-inspired dinner menu is highlighted by a giant Crudo bar with raw seafood, burratas and charcuterie, fresh fish grilled in a wood fire and more regional delights.

~ Mango’s~ A short stroll down the beach is the waterfront Mango restaurant, featuring a colourful modern Caribbean menu in an alfresco environment. With spectacular views of St. Kitts and the Caribbean Sea, Mango is also, a perfect spot to catch a spectacular Nevis sunset.

~ Bars~ Crown Monkey Rum Bar, Kastaways Beach Bar and the very popular Kool Rummings Rum cart are perfectly located on the resort so never too far away. Guests will also have a full beach service while relaxing under the Nevis sunshine.

Golf Course
Widely considered one of the best courses in the Caribbean, the dramatic setting of the Robert Trent Jones II-designed golf course offers views of the mountains, neighbouring St. Kitts, the Resort, and, of course, the shining blue sea.
