Welcome to Pioneer Lodge from Exceptional Villas, our luxury 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom lodge, located right on Holden Road, one of Beaver Creek’s most prestigious mountain neighborhoods. This magnificent lodge has 7,800 square foot of living space, ideal for a large family or group of friends as it can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

When you first arrive at this incredible home, you will be struck by the grand porte cochére, which sets the tone for the delights you will find inside. The stunning great room with cathedral ceilings and a double-sided fireplace is truly magnificent. The décor has cleverly used natural material including wood and natural stone, which help to create a cozy cabin feel. The dining room is on the other side of the double-sided fireplace, providing the perfect place to gather for meals at the beautiful dining room table with seating for up to 10 guests. Additional seating is provided at the breakfast table and the large kitchen island – plenty of room for everyone!

The kitchen in this home is a chef’s playground, with plenty of granite countertops to prepare some culinary feasts or even happy hour cocktails for the groups to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with professional appliances, including a stainless-steel stove and a wine refrigerator. There is a neat desk area, where the cook of the group can plan the meals or just relax, catch up on emails whilst lingering over a morning coffee. The kitchen also has a table for casual dining, with seating for 6 guests. Sliding patio doors leads to the terrace with additional outdoor tables and chairs, ideal for alfresco dining. Just adjacent to this is the private hot tub and further seating for relaxing whilst you take in the fresh mountain air.

The master bedroom suite is simply breathtaking. This spacious bedroom has a king size bed, a stone fireplace, flat screen TV, dresser, office nook, two comfortable lounging chairs, access to a private patio and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is exquisitely decorated in earthy tones and has a circular soaking tub, large glass step in shower and dual vanity unit. Bedroom two is a Junior suite which also has a king size bed, stone fireplace, TV, two comfortable lounging chairs and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. A glass step in shower plus a round tub for soaking away al the aches and pains following a day on the slopes or out hiking. It also has a dual vanity.

The other three bedrooms are on the lower level of this magnificent house. Bedroom three has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom which has a full tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds with an en-suite bathroom with step in shower and finally bedroom five offers four full beds in two bunk sets and plenty of space for the younger members of the group to play. The en-suite has a triple sink and a very stylish bathtub in the en-suite bathroom, plus a step in shower.

This lower level of the home has a den with a large comfortable sofa, fireplace, and TV. The games room comes complete with arcade games, as well as a card table for games of cards or board games. Alternatively, watch a movie in your own home movie theatre, as you lounge in the wall to wall couches – careful not to fall asleep and miss the ending!

This stunning home has everything that you need for your vacation including a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi and home office space for working remotely.

Ski access is easy with Beaver Creek’s Dial-A-Ride shuttle service, just 1 mile from the resort or 4 minutes by car.
